Design: This new iPad is so thin and light it’s amazing. It comes in weighing a little over 1lb. I upgraded from the iPad 3 and you can defiantly feel the difference. When reading with the iPad 3, after a few minutes my arms would be tired of holding the iPad up. With the new iPad Air, that is not the case anymore. I can read for much longer now and my arms don't feel tired. The unit is also easier to hold (much thinner than previous versions of the iPad) It’s built of high quality aluminum just like every other iPad is and constructed to last. Performance The new iPad air is fast! It has an A7 processor in it which is defiantly an upgrade from the previous iPads. The Wi-Fi is even quicker to connect and I notice I can achieve more of my potential in bandwidth speed using this iPad. The new front facing camera makes video chatting much better and the M7 chip makes editing and slow motion shooting fun and a breeze.

Great product, it's display is great and clear. The camera is swell and the battery is all day long. The design is beautiful. I like this product much more than the Samsung tablets it's bigger and better in every way especially the battery life! I like more than the surface pro 3 as well it is clear and light and a better battery

Compared to the iPad 4 with Reina Display, this feels very noticeably lighter. It's so portable without wrist fatigue that I got with my older iPad. It is lightning fast on the Internet and functions smoothly, never requiring a reboot. The color display is bright and vibrant. The touch screen is flawless.

Gives me everything I need , very light weight , fast , sharp picture , I would recommend thiis to everyone , I can carry it anywhere , love to take with me on vacations , it takes great pictures , sharp & clear , fun for the whole family for games ect. I would definitely buy this again

This is one of the best tablets out there even though the new model has already been released. It is still fast, the screen is beautiful, it's light and every easy to hold in one had. I would still recommend getting a case.

I love my new IPad Air. It is so easy to use and I cant beleive how great the pictures look. It is so light weight and easy to take with you, even in a purse. The battery life is very good too. Much better than other products I have owned.

I bought this iPad because my work made it a requirement. I was a bit skeptical at first with the size but it's great, easy to use, lightweight and compact. In fact I hardly ever use my computer anymore since the iPad is so comfortable! Also, my initial concern, which was typing on such a touch keyboard, turned out not to be a problem at all! I'm hooked!

I love the new design of the Air. It is super slim and the display on it is amazing. It is super easy to use for the non-Apple user and you'll soon be on your way to owning lots more Apple products.

The light weight and slimmer design make this Ipad easier to handle and carry. The speed and display qyality are a step above our Ipad IV. I just wish that apple would add an sd card slot for additional storage like most of the other manufacturers. The limited memory is the only drawback I see with the Ipad Air. The screen is a good size for most applications. I just wish they would go to a larger screen so I could read music scores better on it,

The iPad Air has been out for sometime but coming from an iPad Mini, it was a big step up. Not just in power and speed but also in display quality. Even with the limited space of just 16 gig, there is more than enough room to have most of your apps and music available when you need them. The camera quality and function are greatly increased and the retina display quality makes it possible to do serious photo work with apps like Photoshop Touch. I would go up in size before I would go up in Models. I like this that much. A definite value that is well made and stylish as it is powerful and convenient.

I have been wanting an IPad for a long time, but they were too pricey for me. I received some unexpected money from my parents and so I decided to spoil myself and get one of these babies! I have not been disappointed in the least. The rest of my family all have IPhones, iPads, Mac Books, etc. so I was anxious to finally step up into the modern world with my very own IPad. It is light weight and small enough to stash into my purse to take with me wherever I go! The batter life is terrific and the unit itself was pretty easy to learn and navigate. I cannot say enough GREAT things about it!

This is one of the best iPads yet. I love the Retina screen, ease of use, and of course the variety of applications which are developed for it. I have several other tablets at my disposal, and this iPad blows all of them out of the water, including Windows based tablets. If you are looking for a great device that is versatile and user-friendly, the iPad is for you. It's sleek design, bright screen, clear pictures, and front facing and rear cameras all stand out among its peers.

I got it as a gift for my mom and she loves it. It's light weight, program's easy to use, sleek, and very clear.

The iPad Air is a fantastic tablet. It does everything if not more than a laptop can do. The camera quality is great and the battery life is great as well. This iPad is much lighter than the older iPads which makes handling it very easy. The price is great, and you can definitely feel the build quality when holding these devices. Apples OS is wonderful and it interacts with my other apple products flawlessly. You cant go wrong when choosing this iPad.

I'm a Mac consultant by trade. I bought this for a client. She had a stroke and the full size iPad makes a great communication device via FaceTime with her daughter. I simplified the home screen by moving extraneous apps, making the FaceTime app more prominent. It really is fantastic technology for communicating with loved ones as you can see their faces and assess their condition whereas a caregiver may not detect the subtle facial clues that a family member will notice. We chose the full width, full size iPad as it is easier to handle with reduced hand dexterity than iPad Mini. I didn't see any value in spending more money for the iPad Air 2 for her needs. It also makes a great web reader. Most people aren't aware of the "reader view available" when browsing the web in Safari. Tap the horizontal lines to the left of the address bar, and Safari will strip out all the ads and superfluous info, enlarge the text and make things much easier to read. Works with an iPhone, too.

I wanted to replace my old iPad 2 but no iPad after it was even good enough to replace it with. Even now in my opinion the iPad 2 still makes a GREAT tablet compared to other tablets out there. Well best buy was offering trade ins and I had gift cards and certificates so I decided to bite the bullet and upgrade. And it is fantastic, super light weight and fast the cameras are great. Great battery life as always. Speakers sounds great. This is a device I will be keeping for a long time. I got $180 for my iPad 2 which in my eyes is not bad. I hate selling things second hand I've had to many issues in the past. However, I will be honest. If you have an iPad 2 or newer and you are perfectly happy with it keep it. I wouldn't of upgraded if I didn't have the trade in or the gift cards and what not. I Would have gladly kept my trusty iPad 2. This would be a device to consider if you have the original iPad or a tablet from another company and you are thinking about switching to an iPad.

Preferred function : a good quality camera which makes easy share via the cloud or mail. Facetime is very ccmfortable due to the big size of the screen . Using wifi when traveling withgoogle map it is the best GPS with all information about hotels, shops, gas stations making traveling easy Autonomy of battery is good , about a week with basic usage
