I bought this mainly to use for Facetime with family but am absolutely loving it for so many things! Photos are great quality & Iphoto is intuitive for editing. It's good for watching videos as well. Only drawbacks so far are not being able to plug in an USB port & the view of Gmail when you bring it up - doesn't show my categories & defaults to the last email I had read instead of the newest. I am using it more & more & am very glad I bought it!!

This is my 5th iPad. I get a new one and the old one gets passed down to the next child in line for a newer one. They are getting lighter and more powerful and we all love them.

I have never liked apple products but the iPad air is a great tool. I needed a light, portable device that I could write reports on as well as access educational apps on for my students. The apple market had the biggest selection of educational apps and it is very easy to use Microsoft products. I don't really understand how to utilize apples ios system but overall a good product.

I had one of the original iPads. I loved it and used it all the time. However, it had gotten to the point that the iOS and many apps I used regularly could no longer be updated. I was reluctant to upgrade to the new iPad Air just because the old one had become obsolete! But I looked up the trade-in price for the old one (not bad, but not great considering how much the original had cost), but it was good enough to push me over the edge. I am so glad I did. The lighter weight is the biggest bonus. And all my apps are up-to-date!

As an owner of 3 other iPads I am very familiar with them. This iPad air is lighter in weight and takes better pictures then previous iPads. I would recommend this product to anyone.

My first iPad but I love love love it! I've hardly gotten on my computer since Christmas! It's super light and fast and I haven't found anything I don't like about it. My husband has the iPad 4th generation and while not substantially larger you can really tell a difference when they are side by side. The air is also much lighter. Best Buy ran a great deal for Cyber weekend and got it on sale plus Best Buy rewards worth $50 to spend at Best Buy.

My new i-pad is so easy to use. Way easier than a personal computer. The camera take shap pictures and the storage capacity is huge for the many pictures and screenshots I take .

I'm a long time Apple user and I had to update my older iPad. I toyed with getting the iPad Mini but chose the iPad Air for its light weight, screen resolution and because I'm use to the larger screen. My only problem with it is it's price. I never buy the ones with cellular connection and I feel that the wifi only versions are still a little to high priced. Overall if you are looking to up grade or get your first one, go with this iPad Air.

I upgraded from my iPad2 so I could have more storage space for pictures. It does seem faster, which is great. I haven't run into any issues, so I'd say this was a good upgrade!

I went for the IPad Air although the IPad Air 2 was out already because for the same price I got a lot more storage. It's faster than the previous version it was a very good buy

I love that it is so fast. I actually find that I type fast using it than my Mac Pro. I will say that the one downfall is that there is no USB port, but tablets generally do not.

What can I say? Its an Apple product and I have never been disappointed with anything of theirs ever! I bought this for my Mother, who after so many years of being frustrated with her windows laptop and me having to fix all of the crashes sometimes remote on a regular basis, she finally has a way to stay in touch and surf carefree. No worries about viruses and a host of other problems. She loves it and she uses everyday without hassle. She is learning that simple can be best. Buy it, you wont regret it!

Perfect! This is my 3rd iPad in my household and 2nd iPad Air. I love the screen real estate! It's perfect,clear,sharp screen makes web surfing,picture viewing,video watching a pleasure. The battery life is great not to mention the overall weight is fairly light. So traveling with it isn't cumbersome. Yes,it's pricier than other tablets,but given the plethora of apps and content available it's a great purchase. I'm extremely happy.

I had originally thought I would choose the iPad mini but after much thought decided on the iPad Air. The screen size was the deciding factor for me. Works great for my age 54 and the size of my big hands. At only one pound and very responsive the iPad Air never leaves my size. Battery live is great . A little pricey but you get what you pay for.

I had not owned an ipad before, so I looked at reviews first. This was the best ipad for the money. It has plenty of storage, long battery life and great visibility.

The iPad is the best invention ever!!! So happy I bought my daughter one. She loves it! The size is good, it's not too heavy. I recommend this one for young children.

This model seems to be a little faster than its predecessor...but not that much faster. Wish I could add memory rather than pay an extra hundred for sixteen more gb.

Love my new ipad. I have had several older ones and this is the fastest and best so far! Love how thin and small it is but with same size of viewable screen as older ones!

The iPad 2 I had for 4 years was the best piece of equipment I have ever bought. The new air is lighter smaller with the same size screen. I love the retina display and the camera takes much nicer pictures. I only paid $395 for my old iPad 4 years ago and got $154 in trade for it.If it were any other brand it would be recyclable trash.Apple builds great stuff and it lasts and it has value even when it gets old. Sweet

I waited and researched ipads for a long time before I bought this one. It is light, convenient and easy to learn / use.
