Pros: Very quick, feels very polished. Everything always runs smoothly Excellent device that has become an extremely useful part of my work and play life. Whatever you want to do with a tablet, you can likely do with the iPad if you explore enough apps and figure out what you want.

Love this device I have turned my son into Apple devices and he is in love with the quality and ease of use after picking up on a few tricks here and there this device again it's flawless very light for its size capacity is perfect price I believe it's good as well for the quality it is an amazing piece. Buy it take a quick course at Apple and you will see you will see the ease of the his device. We have Switched to Apple in my house and it's amazing the ease of use specially between Apple devices wether it's a Mac laptop, desktop, tablet and or iPhone everything is relative to how it works it's great!

I purchased the iPad for my son in college. His laptop wouldn't fit on his desk. He loves the iPad and says it's so much quicker and easier to use in class. He can make notes on the electronic presentations and save them for studying later. Very happy with the purchase.

I traded my old iPad2 for the iPad Air when it went on sale after the Air2 was released, the display and speed are a significant imporivement over the iPad2, for the price it is a great option compared to the Air2 as long as it is available, the trade-program is excellent too.

I had bought this as a Christmas gift for my six year boy, because he love to play with game apps. He used to use my iPod and it only has eight gb so he would always take the space up and kill the battery very quickly. So I decided to get him his very own iPad air, not only is it lighter , but it has more space, and the battery life last him the whole day, all I do is charge it at nite and it's good to go the very next day. He also likes to ask Siri questions he doesn't know. It's amazing kid these days know with the technology these days. I give this a 5 out of a 5 star rating hands down its the greatest product I have ever invested.

I use my iPad Air for teaching and coaching. The younger students love to use the interactive apps and find it extremely easy to use. I connect my iPad Air with the Apple TV and use Pages as well as other apps for class. It's light, doesn't take up much space, and allows me to do much more with the students. As a coach I use the Coach's Eye app that allows me to work on hitting, fielding, and pitching mechanics. The iPad Air allows me to show my players quickly, with a big screen, and easy use of controls.

I love my iphone and decided to make the jump up to the Ipad and have been very happy since! The screen is very impressive graphics-wise and it moves much faster than the iphone. I mainly purchased the ipad for tv/movie/games and so far have been happy with all it offers. I highly recommend a protective case because after spending so much, the last thing you want to do is damage your ipad in any way. It's very portable and I just picked up a bluetooth keyboard to use which I am quite excited about!

I have been loyal to apple products for years. The iPad is by far the best tablet on the market. I use to always use my laptop when at home to browse the Internet and go through emails. Now I hardly ever use my laptop due to the ease of use of my iPad and lightweight size.

Got this as an upgrade from my ipad 2. I love it! Much smaller and lighter so it's easier to read my books. The screen is also much clearer. I considered going to an android tablet, but I'm glad I stuck with apple.

First tablet we have owned. Like the iPhone I have so wanted to try the iPad Air. My laptop is hardly touched now. Great performance, battery life and recharge rate. Also got the otter box for it and it all works great. No negative comments so far after 3 months use.

Much faster than prior version, also lighter and sleeker. Simple to set up and transfer prior information from ipad that this new one replaced. Not sure what Ipad air 2 and later versions offer for the extra price, but this one works great for school purposes.

This is our first Apple product since the early iPod days and we simply love it. Other family members have earlier versions of the iPad and this version (Air) leave them in the dust. We originally thought we would want the mini but now we are very glad that we went with the full size tablet. The additional apps that you get free with the Air are a plus as well. We went with the 32 GB version since we did not know how much we would store on the tablet. For heavy duty work we still use a PC.

Just love my new iPad! Got it for work, downloading PDF files and manuals, and face time. Works like a charm, is easy to use, reliable and PDF files open quickly. From using itunes to App Store, to emails and internet surfing, Apple makes a rock solid product. Strongly recommend getting the screen protector and a good quality case. I take my iPad everywhere and use Pandora for my radio. Highly recommend this iPad to anyone! My only suggestion - next time I'll get the one with the cellular ability. That way, if you are not in a wi-fi area, you can use your cell plan to always have internet service.

I got the iPad air for myself in November, but my husband had the iPad 4 with retina display. I purchased this iPad for him, and he loves it. Great picture, and very light. My only complaint is that there is no flash for taking pictures, like other tablets have.

Provided everything I was looking for in a portable computing device. Everything else with similar specs costs much more. Great screen resolution and pretty good camera. I avoided apple products to stay off the bandwagon but this is a very good product.

I was an ipad owner and when it died, I wanted a new one. I love the I Pad Air. It is so,light, does not get hot and easy to use. I would recommend it to anyone contemplating purchasing an IPad.

I bought an iPad2 about 3+ years ago on a whim and fell in love with the ease of use of a tablet. I like that it can function as a toy (watching movies, games, listening to music), but that I can also use if for work (word processing, note taking, etc.). When mine started to get a bit slow (I got the 16gb version), I jumped at Best Buy's buy back offer and got $170 towards a new iPad Air, which is probably the only reason I seriously considered upgrading. That being said, I love this one even more--lighter, nicer screen, faster. I don't find Siri very useful, so that part was not a big deal for me.

I use this thing multiple times a day. I love it! There is a reason why this product is so popular. Controls are intuitive, and there are so many ways to personalize. Love the lighter weight too.

Bought this for my father in law as his first Ipad. He doesn't download much video or do much video recording/picture taking so the amount of memory is just fine. As with all Apple products this was pretty straight forward to set up and a breeze to use.

This replaced my IPAD 2 and I am happy I did it and for the price, it was a no brainer, the Retina is amazing and it's very thin and light, so much more than my Ipad 2... Great purchase/product
