I am a music major in college and this iPad is amazing to use, especially with the Apple Pencil. I came from and iPad Air 2 and the performance is amazing. The screen is super sharp and the battery lasts all day! This is a product I can highly recommend!

I am a college sophomore and I just needed something other than many journals to do my notes and assignments on. I use this iPad for all of my classes and I haven’t used paper all semester. For notes I use good notes and I would suggest to get the Apple Pencil with the iPad. I highly recommend for colleges students who hate hauling around so much journals and wasting a lot of paper. Especially pre med students. This is a live saver when going through notes and studying :)

I got this iPad as a retirement gift to myself. I’d wanted a portability option to my desktop (iMac). So; 9months ago I took advantage of a sale at BestBuy for this model based also on size and memory. I did not need or want phone capability. This iPad has been fast and reliable for internet use, music storage, synchronization with iTunes, and battery life. I would definitely get another iPad like this one. It perfectly fits my needs.

Was debating between Ipad Air 3 or Ipad 7th Gen. Initially purchased the Ipad Air 3 and did not notice difference between it and the 7th Gen. Only use Ipad for web browsing, email and text messaging, not a power user. Discovered that I could do the same stuff on the 7th Gen. Returned the Air 3 and purchased the 7th Gen, which was on sale and had a gift card too. Purchase the ipad 7th Gen for under $200!!! What a deal! Really enjoying my new Ipad. Yes, it is not as powerful as the Pros, but it does what I need and I am happy with that. I mean, come on, an Ipad for under $200?! I will use for a year or so until I can find a better deal on an upgrade. Until then, I am perfectly content with this 7th Gen. Highly recommend for anyone that does not want to spend crazy Ipad Pro pricing, to go with a perfectly and reasonably priced Ipad 7th Gen. You will not regret it.

During the pandemic I was in need of something that had decent camera quality (for work calls), portable, and easy to use. Having many Apple products already I went for the iPad Air. I chose the iPad Air for it's upgraded chipset over the regular iPad, its light-weight and thin profile and its thin bezels. I have been using this mostly for Zoom calls for work in my home office but also use it for light browsing and shopping online. Overall this is a great product and glad I went with a slightly upgraded version for processing, power, and future proofing

The iPad Air is amazing. It is not too big nor too small. It works for those who don't want a bulky tablet but who don't want a small tablet either. I love it and I am happy with my purchase.

It was wonderful! Brand new and everything. Wasn’t the one I expected but, it works really great I love it. The screen is dirty because I don’t have a screen protector. It doesn’t have any smudges neither but other then the product, I recommend it to anyone 8/10

Perfect item to take with me on my flights and use on my layovers. It replaces me carrying my 13” MacBook Pro everywhere I go.

I’m enjoying my iPad Air I gave my iPad Air 2 to my daughter, no regrets here. Thanks Best Buy for doing a price match I got it for a lower price.

This is the perfect tablet. I’ve only had it for under a month but so far so good. I use it to watch videos as well as take notes for work.

We purchased this tablet for my son’s 9th birthday. He loves it and it gives him great mobile access to the games he plays and access to his online school.

It’s an amazing experience being able to use an IPad Air. It’s great the features, the iPad itself etc.

Purchased this for my mother in law for Christmas. She had a 4th gen iPad and yes it was showing its age. She probably could have gotten by with the base iPad. The case she wanted would only fit the Airs, so that is part of the reason for this one. In addition it does have a larger screen and newer processor. We went with the 64GB as she doesn’t really store that much on the tablet. We purchased the 256GB model for my father in law. He will use it more for work and hopefully not have to drag a laptop around. With iPad OS you can now pair a mouse to the iPad and use USB thumb drives. You will need to purchase an adaptor to use a USB. Make sure you purchase the model that has a power port and the USB port. This allows you to charge the tablet while using the drive. Also some USB drives will require power to use it on the tablet. We purchased a case that has an integrated keyboard, so it looks like a laptop. You can purchase the pen for this model as well. I would ask someone you know about the pen and or test it some. Unless you really plan on sketching or writing notes it maybe something you don’t use often. I have an iPad Pro 9.7 and I use the pen pretty often. I use the split screen to view a book and the other side to take notes. I’m hoping to purchase one with a larger screen soon.

This really should be the starting place in your iPad journey. This one has a current processor and anti-glare screen compared to the new 10.2 iPad. It also starts with twice the storage. After having it for over 6 months with the Smart Keyboard, I can honestly say I don’t use our Mac Mini anymore expect to store full our photos locally. It’s fast, has great battery life, and the 7mp FaceTime camera works better than the 1.2mp one in lesser models. Very happy with this purchase. Don’t hesitant, especially when it’s on sale!

While my Air 2 was getting long in the tooth, I had become one of those Apple users experiencing "upgrade burnout" where I wasn't particularly interested in getting an iPad "Pro" or one of the "new" iPads (where you have to jump through hoops to figure out the version and when it came out). My iPad was still receiving updates, but after the pandemic shut down schools, I was forced to look for a new iPad as I was sharing mine with my kid for school work. Enter the Air 3, which knocks the socks off of the other basic iPad offering in every way imaginable, including processor, RAM, and storage space. Even the cameras are better, especially a sharp front-facing camera. The screen is now larger than the old Air 2, as well as the basic iPad and as mentioned, most of the internals are more comparable to the last batch of Pro series releases than the baseline model offerings. But don't just take my word for it: compare the Air 3 to a similar Pro and the basic iPad. Then do yourself a favor and spend the extra bit of cash for the Air 3. You won't regret it.
