I already knew that it was a good product, the service is what really set bestbuy apart from other Apple retailers. Along with having the best price the process was quick and easy and I enjoyed getting text updates with regards to shipping.

I received my ipad mini as a Christmas gift. I love that it is light-weight and the picture is very clear.

Needed an iPad for work/play and it hasn't let me down. Works great with the new IOS software, only slightly slower than my iPhone 6s Plus but still fast than most tabs I tried. Solid Apple preformance although it's a little older

Love the iPad mini. The retina screen is outstanding. The wifi connection is much better than my old ipad2. The size is perfect for mobile computing.

retina is worth the extra buck. I had the ipad 4 and thought i should try to save money by getting an ipad mini 1 instead of an ipad mini 2. wrong choice. i ended up returning the ipad mini 1 for the ipad mini 2. the screen quality and the speed just does not compare. might be a little hard to use in class bc it is small but im saying that bc I went from a 4 down to a mini but i managed. I am a podiatry student and the mini fits perfectly in my white coat w.o me having to buy the special coats that require you to get bigger pockets to fit the larger ipads

The best experience in this IPAD. Very fast and nice display experience. The a7 makes a lot difference.

Got this for my 8 y/o daughter as a first smart device. Great value for the buck. Good size, can take it anywhere. Great battery life.

I'll admit this purchase was a bit selfish. I had gotten a full sized iPad and my son had pretty much taken over it. So when I saw the sale price on the mini I knew I was buying it. I personally love apple products and am happy with them.

This is the third tablet I have purchased for my son. The other two were a little difficult to find apps for and not as easy to navigate. Apple products have always been easier for me to use also. He loves it and is already a pro at it.

I bought this iPad to use at school. Thus far it has been everything I wanted and more. I primarily needed it for reading, writing, and browsing. It can do all of that at a high rate. The retina display is amazing, I can't look at an iPad without retina now because they look so fuzzy in comparison. The price was great $350, cheaper than at the apple store, although the sales staff really pushed me to buy the geek squad insurance, and additional features. That was my only complaint was the high pressure sales tactics. However great product, a must have

The iPad Mini will surprise you. Its compact size is what a lot of people was looking for in a tablet. Its not too big, and very light weight. However the hardware quality is excellent.

I would have to say that the product's price was very reasonable. I paid less for a great product with high technology. I will recommend any one who wants to buy an electric item that he should check its price on Bestbuy's website first!

This is the perfect size. My child loves it. It is just like any apple product which is very intuitive.
