Bought the ipad 2 for my boys and they love it. Has almost all of the same features as the 3 & 4 which saved me some cash.

This is the first tablet in my household, and we couldn't be happier. It does everything we expected and more. I've never been a fan of a laptop, as I find them much harder to use than a desktop for most tasks, and I don't have a need for extreme portability for hardcore work.

Purchased this as a gift for my 67 year old mother. Wanted to upgrade her from a Verizon wireless tablet that was very heavy to carry to the extremely light iPad mini air. She was able to set up her email accounts without any assistance. She is really enjoying her iPad. Would recommend this to any one looking for a light and easy iPad.

I got the iPad mini mainly for reading, and it's perfect. I had a Kindle Fire, which was also good, but I also have an iPhone, so it's good that I can go back and forth between iPad and iPhone with all the same apps, etc. Nice to have a consistent interface for everything.

I always buy apple because it is the best .They are also the best in coustomer service if you have any questions or problems

Purchased 2 Ipad minis as Christmas gifts. The Best Buy staff were very helpful answering questions & helping with accesories.

This is a great product to provide your child with Internet access as it allows you to totally control thier activities.

IMHO Space Gray brings out the vivid colors and tends to be more relaxing on the eyes opposed to the silver white version.

Gave this as a Xmas gift to a 92 year 'young' lady. She was very excited and is using it for texting & emailing. She loves it!

We got this for our son and he loves it. We went with the mini 2 because it has the same chip as the three but less expensive.

I am an Android fan at heart. I have had a few tablets over the years: Acer A500 (10") and a Nexus 7 2012. The 10" tablet range is a bit on the heavy side. The 7" tablet just doesn't feel quite right when reading articles, surfing the web and other reading functions. The iPad mini retina display at 7.9" hits the sweet spot for just the right weight, just the right size for reading and hands down the best screen. The material of the iPad mini retina feels premium. I sometimes take it out of the case when using it just to feel the aluminum back. Unlike Android tablets whos hardware manufacturers are not good with OS updates, Apple and iOS offer future proofing. You will receive software updates for YEARS to come and not for MONTHS to come like Android.

I purchased a regular iPad several years ago and wanted to purchase one for my wife. She wanted the mini 2 which works great!

I bought the iPad for my daughter has a gift she is in school she says it works excellent she has an iPhone 6s she does a little school work on it and watches videos for her son so it works excellent for that

We own an original iPad mini, and the newer version with the retina display is a HUGE upgrade over the original. It's faster overall, and the display resolution makes everything look SO much better (especially text).

I love my iPad mini! Easy to travel with! I wasn't sure with to buy a Samsung or stick with apple since I have an iPhone, a macpro, and the Apple TV. I'm glad I stuck to apple. It's easier to transfer all my music too.
