    Bought this tablet because it was on sale, and it almost replaces my computer. Almost. I use notability to take notes in class and record lectures, and it is so much better than trying to take notes on a laptop when the teacher goes through 60 slides in a breeze. Also great for portable entertainment.

    iPads are great products. Reliable, huge selection of apps, well-rounded performance. The mini in particular is the perfect size and weight, but still has a fantastic-looking retina screen. The only downside is the amount of RAM, which shows when you're switching back an forth between apps frequently.

    I was looking for iPad to replace my desktop home computer. For the purposes I need it for, it has. I kept my old computer as a data and photo archive, but beyond that, I rarely turn it on!! The Mini is just the right size for my needs!
