Great for leisure

I can surf the web and apps with more ease than my phone while at home. I'll probably upgrade to an iPad Pro in a few years when I would like more abilities for work.

One of the Top Tablets on the market

Own a 2nd Gen Ipad and this new smaller model from Apple exceeded all expectations. Perfect size for a student, lightning fast, and breathtaking graphics for gaming.

It was light, easy to read in most lighting conditions. So I waited a long time to upgrade. I tried the Kindle Fire first generation and it was so slow I never used it for video or surfing. It was good for playing solitaire. The new iPad Mini with retina display is fast, but I am still not a fan of these devices that are so heavy and so big. I still prefer my Kindle for books. This is great for email and surfing though.

I mainly used it for facetime with parents-in-law. The brightness screen of both sides is very sensitive, often too dark.

My wife and I use it a lot and it is easy to use with many apps available and is great for doing research on the web or shopping on-line. Very fast response time. Happpy with our purchase.
