I've owned mac products since they first came out in the middle 80's. Honestly, I've never gotten one that wasn't perfect.......I have one of the last apple lisas that I had when we operated a charity...... yes it cost a lot back then, the city and sate gave us a grant for it. We used it for several years and it still works.... I have several others as well and I know that this one will give me as much excellent service as the others have. It's in an otter box so it's protected from the elements.....

it was a gift and it made her very happy and quite content. apparently it is easy to set up and use. it has come in handy in helping her to do her job and for personal uses.

Bought this Mini to help with going back to school. Had it home for about 8 hours and it started freaking out. It would close out of a window I was in then open another one and start typing on its own. I thought the case might have been to tight, but did some research and found out it was a hardware problem. Best Buy was great I first went back and they exchanged the first case, and when that didn't fix it they offered to replace the Mini but I chose to go with the Mac Book Air(which was the better choice for school). Best Buy made all this happen no questions ask. I'm sure the Mini is a good product but I think I got the one bad one out of a Million.

Perfect for a first computer for grandchild. I actually had received one on a carrier promotional offer and liked it, the perfect accompaniment to my iPhone

Best value to get a fully functional iPad and save on the Apple tax. So affordable now everyone in the house can have one.

It is easy to use if you have and iPhone, because it's like working a big iPhone. You can actually do almost all the same functions as the iPhone and some more as well.

The retina display makes the screen crisp and a world apart from Samsung or other tablets. Very happy with purchase, use it for reading or browsing internet or FaceTime .

Bought the Ipad Mini to replace the standard size ipad and i cant complain with this product. thought the screen size maybe a problem but adjusted to the size very quickly.

She had one of the original I-pads which I had given to her years ago when I got my I-pad two years ago. I knew she would be thrilled to have the latest and greatest one!

Love my iPad mini, it is everything the full size is but it is just easier to take with you if you are a person on the move.

Great tablet! The size is perfect with tons of apps and games! Great for school and home office work.. With all the apps available you dont need to open your laptop often!

Got the ipad mini so that I can swipe credit cards for my home business, but also enjoy using it to browse the internet. It also comes in handy for email!

Its a ipad mini bought this for my daughters for Christmas and they love it. Its still just an ipad though no new news here.
