Do your research before buying iPad mini

It was a good gift for her because she needed a new phone with a larger screen but she wasn't due for an upgrade for some time. I will say- do your research on what apps are compatible with iPad. Don't just assume that whatever works on your phone will work the exact same on your iPad. For example- my mom uses "What's App" as she has a lot of international friends and that is a big reason I got her the iPad, With a blue tooth iPad keyboard, so she could message her international friends on "what's App" but it does not work with iPads for some reason. So that was a bummer. My recommendation is just to Do your research before you buy!

I find it very easy to use and more flexible than the Nexus. I love the size of the screen and how I can sync all my Apple products.
