We use it all around the house to look things up and for our Deutsche lessons. Great features and display. We bought this one for our daughter in law who home schools so we know it will be used even more than ours.

Apple Happy, As Always

I am an Apple user so their products are always my go-to when purchasing additional technology. I decided to purchase the iPad Mini 2 for my photography purposes and to make traveling lighter. I briefly considered another brand when researching which device to purchase, however Apple was the most reasonable choice for myself.

the retina on the mini really makes a difference
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.my wife had a normal ipad 2 (it was my old one) she didnt originally wanted it but after she used it for so many things she found herself not able to live without it. then i bought get a non-retina mini which she loved as now it could fit into her purse and she could enjoy using it as an e-reader itself, the non ipad games were a little blocky (but this was pre-retina mini) - this one came out and i got her it, she notices a clear difference on how much more better visually it looks. she said bookes never looked better, easier on the eyes, non ipad apps (apps designed for iphone/ipod look great on x2 magnifcation. she is happy now i want one. but i own a regular retina with 64gb so ill use it untilat least another year then my next upgrade WILL be a retina mini. great product. lets her get distracted playing games while also being able to pay bills, email, facetime etc.

great step up from an ipod
