Good, but sometimes won't connect to WIFI

All my devices were able to connect to the WIFI successfully, but sometimes I need to restart my iPad Mini 2 to make it connect.

The hardware for this tablet is getting slower and slower, but still good enough for someone for just need a basic function usage.
