    I actually had two of these devices both of them failed on update to the latest iOS version. I had to call Apple and spend time on the phone with them then which did not resolve the issue, however Apple support was amazing. I ended up taking it back getting a refund and getting a second one that also failed immediately on update. Frustrated I swapped it out with a Samsung Galaxy Tab it has run flawless through updates and I'm really enjoying the lollipop Android OS. Best Buy I took care of me, no hassel exchange and asked to try to help me fix the tablets, but they realize the same thing I did, that the tablets were just simply not going to work after failing the update.

    If you plan on just surfing the web 16GB is fine, otherwise get the 32GB.
