This is the third iPad I've purchased since Apple's initial iPad release. This one was not for myself, but for my college student daughter, and she loves it. While I prefer the full-size iPad, she loves the mini's form factor. And of course iOS just works. Which is the point of an information appliance like this. (She had an Android tablet which she gave up on and sold within a month of purchasing it.)

Awesome product, retina screen is clear and crisp, touchscreen is very interactive.

The camera is awful on this product. I think it is also slow, but I guess I am used to my MacBook Pro. As far as ease of use- only 3 stars. I like its small size- can easily stash in my purse.

I had an iPad and for mothers day, my daughter bought me this iPad mini and I love love love it. so user friendly and the perfect size. fits perfectly in my purse and is so easy to see to read books, watch news, view photos and video.

This is my favorite ipad. Cheap, small size, and convenient for college.

this can still run with the elite level tablets now years later apple is just so fluent and fast everyone should own apple devices they are faster smoother dont lag dont freeze dont ever have issues and have insane standy battery times

These minis are a great size. I enjoy them a lot and our family owns 3 now

I chose the mini 2 over the mini 3 because of the price. While I love touchID, that alone is not worth a $100 premium over the ipad mini 2. This is a great little tablet. The device is small enough that you can comfortably type with two thumbs similar to how you would on a phone. I have always felt that standard size ipad was a little large and the mini line is perfect. This is the best tablet on the market today in terms of price/performance ratio.

This is noticeably faster then the original ipad mini. Would recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade. Is it a must upgrade, no. If your looking for all the same features of the iPad Air, but in a smaller package; this is the one for you!

I have had the iPad mini for over 2 months now, and I think I have only charged it like 6 times. The battery life is fantastic! I love the picture quality, and the ease of use.

Was worried about getting this for my nephew for Christmas because it was an older model, but it still works like a charm. It's big to be a mini also. Worth buying.

I bought two of these for my sons for Christmas. They have. iPhones so using these are such a breeze as its really a bigger version of them. They were set up and running within minutes and the picture quality of video and games is absolutely amazing. We have never had iPads before and recommend to anyone thinking about them.
