I recently purchased the space gray excellent condition ipad mini 2 open box for $239.99. Upon recieving it, I was unable to set it up because it was tied to a previous owner through Find My Iphone. To be usable, the Ipad required the previous owner's apple ID. Resolving this ended in a hassle where I had to take it in to the nearest Best Buy store to have it fixed, and only then was it usable. This was an issue that surely reflects incompetence and/or carelessness, and I hope Best Buy adresses it.Otherwise, the product was in perfect condition, complete with original packing, and it arrived quickly. Ultimately, though, the cheaper price was not worth all of the hassle that came with it. Take my word for it. Play it safe and buy new, and if you must buy used, certainly don't deal with Best Buy.

I was shopping for a gift for a young family member. This will be her first Apple product and she wanted a front and rear facing camera. I try to shop open items to get the best price. Open items have the same warranty and return policy.

I was a little hesitant to purchase the Ipad mini retina, but I did a lot of research over the product and was pleased to know that I had more to offer then I thought. Highly recommend purchasing this product to anyone that maybe considering buying it.

The iPad mini 2 is still a great device. I'm using it as a POSale register and unless you are looking for the latest and greatest you should save yourself some cash buy getting the older devices while you can!

I love my apple iPad! I purchased this for personal use and find it easy to navigate.

Got this for my son, 12. We had no problems setting this up. It does exactly what he wants and needs it to do-movies, games, books, texts. He prefers this size rather than my larger iPad.

Good tablet, i don't want to describe on looks But the apps on apple App Store are of much higher quality and less junk Once we launch a particular app, i don't even care for the look of the tablet

this iPad is the perfect size. You can fit it in one hand. It is nice and light, but with all the power of a full size iPad. I like the new features that pair it with my iPhone. I love it.

This iPad mini has met all my expectations, the price was great

I was able to go in to Best Buy to look at iPad mini's for my mother, talk to the staff member and have my purchase complete in less than 20 minutes! Although I knew they would price match, I found the price to be less than other stores. Very happy with purchase; glad I ended up getting it at BB as I know they will stand behind things:)

After doing facetime one day, the ipad mini just wouldn't start. I did all troubleshooting as directed. On taking it to apple store, they simply mentioned that the battery issue cannot be fixed and this product is useless at this point. and that I have to go for a new one! I was simply surprised at the response, after investing for an expensive product like it, one fine day it just gives up?? I definitely am not going to invest in another apple product. I have used Microsoft products and they are still running without any issues for years. it is too saddening that apple sealed product will simply give up one day. I was also surprised to know that, Apple's out of warranty replacement simply means that I have to buy a new product at market price?? My 10 year old son has been using it and he is so upset that his ipad gave up one day. We are buying Microsoft Surface Pro. Microsoft has better quality and are reliable.

Good model. Gives parents, in my humble opinion, too much leverage to ground me if I don't make my grades or clean my room.

This is my child's 3rd IPad. We keep buying them for a good reason. Just wish the gla wouldn't break when he drops it because he will eventually drop it.

Keep getting low memory crashes with Safari, iTunes, etc. Why did Apple cheapen out a brand new model with only 1GB DRAM? Premium priced device shouldn't have these issues. I'm not digging the new iOS 7 new look either. Got my money back.

My second I pad no problems with the first one just time to upgrade. apple products are easy ,even a monkey could figure out I phone or a I pad.

As with any Apple product, perfection is expected. Well this model will not let you down. It's perfect for what it is used for.

This was a gift for an avid iPad user. The previous iPad had a cracked screen and this upgrade was all they needed to be happy again.
