I love Best Buy! Well... used to love them! I was a fan ever since they opened in Lawrenceville NJ! I have spent thousands of dollars there over the last 10-15 years!!! Well... I guess all good relations have come to an end... I bought 3!! Not 1, not 2, but three iPad 2 for my daughters. One of them came defective. Went to return it and get another one, but they did not have one available . So I wanted my $$$ back... DENIED!! It's been past their return policy... mind you I was not looking for a return on a good item, I was trying to replace a defective item... oh well... I guess I'll have to take my business somewhere else...

I bought this ipad and ended up returning it in the first 10 days. I loved my iPhone so when I wanted a tablet I immediately wanted to get an ipad. I bought the mini but just wasn't that happy because I was using it for school and had to pay for everything extra. I'm still in college and am paying for everything on my own so this was just not practical. I ended up going back and buying the Samsung tab A bc I wanted something with office built in and an expandable memory. Everything else is the same as the ipad but half the cost.

I purchased this as a gift, assuming "certified refurbished" meant something and could be trusted. But I wanted more bang for the buck. I ended up having to purchase a new charger port and cord because what came with this was disheveled and disgusting. I assumed, for the price of refurbished, I would be receiving a product that looked new, just wasn't brand new. If you want to sell used items, market them as use and reduce the price.

As always good, service good price. Traded in my old ipad 1 and go a good price for it on the new unit.

Brought this iPad for my wife. We spend an hour trying to create an ICloud and Apple ID. Nothing worked so far. Three phone calls to the Apple 800 help desk for a total of six hours on the phone with them. IDs still didn't work and they could figure which! If they don't, I don't know how the consumer is expected too. Trying an hour or two or three to take this thing back to Best Buy for tech help or return the thing!

It has lines running vertically down the screen. Bought it as a xmas gift on 10/25, which Best Buy said was before the xmas return policy date. Therefore they will not return it. Just spent an hour on the phone, went back into BB had it restored and still waiting. Very disappointed with Best Buy. Not good customer service.

Purchased as a gift for a teen this item is ideal for todays on the move teen. since its purchase he has used it and even incorporated educational apps. Lightweight and high resoulution provide todays teens with an ideal tablet.

It was damaged. The screen didn’t change when you turned it to the right or left. I didn’t even change when I turned it upside down! Recommend Geek Squad for replacement!

The iPad showed numerous issues the first day. Any app that I'd try to open it would take a while to pull up and it would freeze! This has to be a joke from Apple/BestBuy!

I bought this for my six-year-old sons iPad Mini , The molding on the case keeps falling out And it's hard to put back together , for the price it's horribly made .

Great for person like me (not very high tech ). Great size not bud not very small . I read books so great for that purpose

this apple ipad mini has a great display and is just the right size for my daughter to use at school and at home.

Annoyed that I couldn't download some apps that are for free, without I pad asking for payments

used 3 days and all of a sudden 1/2 of the screen turned gray.Thanks to Best Buy refund was easy peasy. The screen was beautiful ,easy on the eyes.Hate that my first Apple product was a dud, am now afraid t try another. The camera was just ok.
