I'm even more impressed than I thought I would be with the ipad mini 4. It has the speed, memory, battery life and features that I wanted and can handle the aviation programs I am installing with ease now and for the foreseeable future.

The iPad mini 4 is part of a dying breed of tablets. As phones become ginormous an 8 inch tablet doesn't make as much sense to many people anymore. However, if your phone is five to six inches or smaller an 8 inch tablet still serves a good purpose. It is bigger and more enjoyable to watch movies and play games on, and can still complement your cellular phone. Plus, the iPad mini 4 is considerably more portable than the regular sized iPad which isn't huge but is a bit cumbersome to carry with you on a regular basis. If you enjoy reading books in particular on a tablet or e-reader the iPad mini 4 is an excellent size for this purpose. It is incredibly light, while offering a super sharp screen with good color and contrast while having less reflection due to the lamination process used on the Mini 4. It is speedy enough for most everyone's needs, however it is not the fastest or the latest and greatest product from Apple. That being said, if you don't want to spend $600 on Apple's iPad Pro and or would like a tablet that is a bit easier to handle you can't go wrong with the iPad mini 4.

I have a full size iPad, but lugging it around in my purse was just too much! The iPad Mini is a perfect size. You do lose some of the benefits of an iPad Pro, but for quick look-ups, checking FaceBook and reading, it is a great size.

I bought this to replace an iPad version 2 that I use in my airplane for navigation backup. The mini gives me all the info I need in a smaller footprint. It is much faster than my old unit, and the screen clarity is outstanding.

Needed to replace my Kindle that was gradually loosing battery life and also needed something that connected to both WiFi and LTE. Choose the Mini 4 because of the size and couldn't be happier. The Kindle app on the Mini has more functionality that the Kindle and the 128 GByte storage is wonderful.

This replaced an iPad mini original and it is great! I like having cellular connectivity in addition to wifi. It works reliability wherever I go. Plenty of storage. No problems come to mind.

It is much faster than the previous version, which is expected, but as you learn and do more, you want it faster. The ios is cool as well, but the newer iPads have better things about them that you will see as soon as you start it. The iPad mini is much easier to hold and maneuver than the larger iPads and easier than the iPhone plus! Love it

If you are iPad user, or in the Apple ecosystem, you can't go wrong with this tablet. It is lightning fast. I really have no complaints. I love the Gold color. If you have iPad 3, probably not worth the upgrade, but anything older yes, definitely get this

This particular iPad is very hard to come by. I was able to order it through BestBuy.com and have it shipped to my house. I wasn't planning to get it until a Friday, but actually got it on the Monday prior- 4 days early. I love the size of the iPad. I originally got the iPad pro, but ended up returning it for the mini. I have a mac book pro, so I felt like I should just use that instead of the iPad Pro. It was just too big to relax on the couch and hold while using. So far I love my mini.

The iPad mini 4 is awesome! Verizon Wireless is great. I recommend both.

This is my second iPad Mini - I had purchased the original iPad Mini seven years ago. I love that I can easily sync my iPhone and iPad Mini so all my apps (texting, email, reading, etc.) are sync'd between the iPhone and iPad mini. Cellular capability is a must also.

Perfect size for reading in bed. I like the white font on black background. It fits in my old cover. Apple is making a mistake not continuing the mini.

Mini is prefect for mid level tablets, not too expensive and has great size and space.

Upgraded from a mini v1 to this v4 and oh what a difference. I love the mini form factor. My eyes are not so good with small phones and the ipad air is too big. All of the latest IOS 10 features work great on the mini 4 including multitasking. If the mini form factor is your style, you should consider the mini 4 and purchase during one of the many holiday sales. I was able to get the verizon enabled device for less than the wifi only version.

The iPad works great. Also fits into my purse. Easy to carry around.

upgraded from an ipad mini 1 to a mini 4. with no tech skills don't see much difference but I am loath to play with it and try out stuff. don't like change

This iPad is small and very convenient use with my drone remote control.

This is one of the best iPad mini. I love the fact that the iPad have the SIM card which allows you to stay connected to the internet at all times.
