Really good for video editing and it’s very portable unlike a iPad pro

This has always been my favorite portable iPad. It is very fast and has all the features you’d expect. Great portability!

It’s the perfect size tablet to go traveling with wherever you go. Iit’s just as powerful as my phone on Wi-Fi. It’s amazing what you can do with this. I have the large pro tablet also, last year‘s mode,l and it functions just the same, very impressive. I’m pleased with my purchase.

The best ipad, base model is powerfull and have a lot of storage

The iPad mini is a perfect size for almost any bag and isn’t cumbersome to use or hold; yet it still feels substantial and durable. The screen is super bright even in direct sunlight and the user interface is smooth and without lag. Battery life is good considering advanced brightness and crystal clear display.

I’m writing this review on my new iPad. However, this is my second iPad. The first I was unable to connect to Wi-Fi. I called AppleCare and after troubleshooting, they could not solve the issue so they sent me a new iPad. I had the same difficulty with the second iPad. This time I called the geek squad first they were a no help. They told me to call Apple. After talking with someone at Apple, and she could not solve the issue she gave me someone with more knowledge and experience. The issue was my VPN was keeping me from getting onto Wi-Fi. This could have been solved prior to getting the second iPad. Best Buy did not know about this nor did the initial people I spoke to at Apple. Hence four stars instead of five.

Perfect for trips. I attaches a case with a keyboard so I wouldn’t have to bring my laptop. Perfect!

I hope Apple includes a promotion display and a 120Hz refresh rate in their next mini. This is the best iPad hands down, incredibly portable, and I use it more frequently than any previous pro’s I’ve owned.

I absolutely love my new mini ipad. I lost my previous one and ended up getting this one. I love the pen as well. It's just awesome.

I tried the Gen 6 iPad Mini before this newer model went on sale and will say two things. One, I haven't found much difference between this Gen 7 and the Gen 6 models in terms of performance - although I'm sure the 8GB of RAM will help it last longer. Two, it's a great format to take as an EDC, but in terms of drawing and designing work it is too small to work for long periods of time. Great for on the go light editing and sketching, and reading.

Love new iPad mini. It has a lot more storage and is a lot faster than my old one.

I am a fan of the iPad mini (knowing it is not for everyone), but battery life is great and screen is perfect size for everyday use and carrying around.

I’m a pilot and have been using a larger iPad. I couldn’t mount it due to size, so it often hindered my flights. After getting the iPad mini, I can mount it on the side window. It made a huge difference in my flights. The mini is sleek, fast, durable and accommodates all the apps and files I need. Wish I had made the change years ago!

It's a great portable version of an iPad Air that is great for reading and watching videos on the go, and powerful enough for some light design and editing tasks (screen is too small to work on a larger project). The main downside would be the price - $100 too much for what you get.

Perfect size to carry and read on bigger than phone screen and smaller than I pad pro .
