I purchased this for flying because it's smaller and more convenient than my laptop. I love the aps and enjoy playing games on this device. This is my first tablet. I take it to work now and can get more done because it's so portable!

I would easily recommend this to anyone trying to maintain business on the go. Having the iPad has allowed so much expansion to my normal work schedule. It's also grey for leisure. My son enjoys the games. My wife and I use it occasionally for late night netflix viewing. As far as tech goes. It's easy to use. Wonderfully fast processing, beautiful display. Longer battery life than past iPads. Compact but not too small. Overall a great and useful product. Combining the mini with the zagg folio case takes functionality to another level. With a tough case and easy to use keyboard it will be your minis best friend.

The iPad mini is the perfect size for someone who wants to take their tablet every wehere with them. It has all of the features of the larger iPad and no compromises on speed, app selection, or battery life. I love the 4G LTE connection and the ability to get online anywhere. The build quality is excellent, it's not cheap feeling like many android tablets. I just wish it had the retina display!

This is my first tablet and I am very happy with the size, ease of use and functionality. I wanted something I could slip in my purse yet big enough I could easily peruse the net and read what's on the screen. I don't have any big demands of my mini but I do expect it to function efficiently, which it does quite nicely. The camera is great, love the photo booth! I felt like it was a splurge to get an iPad over other more economical tablets but now I have no regrets.

I was reluctant to buy the mini ipad because I like to have a big screen, but I basically got it to be a traveling computer since I am on the go around NYC 14 hours/day. I bought the Zagg keyboard to go with it since I hate typing long emails on the touch screen and 100% recommend that as well. When I don't have the keyboard, the ipad fits in my smallest purses and weighs the same amount as a notebook or journal - its TINY. BUT the screen size is surprisingly large and is significantly easier to view than other tablets (especially the kindle HD which I was using before). Since it is so easy to see, use, and carry I think it is absolutely a better choice than the regular ipad which feels like a concrete block in comparison. I bought the 3G version but only use wifi as of now so I can't speak to its ability to connect, but the device works very quickly in wifi settings. I use it mostly for emails, social media, calendar, note-taking, and short videos (youtube) and I could not be happier.

iPad mini is easy to use, lightweight to carry for the casual tablet user. E-books can be accessed through the Kindle app or your public library. Photos posted on Facebook are sharp and clear and can be "spread" bigger with a finger swoosh (or whatever it's called). I plan to use my iPad while traveling, but I am using it more at home than expected.

I love my Mini. I know it's not the bigger Retina display model and I bought it willingly. Unless you are that much of a critic it's not a big deal. I'm a tech junkie and this product is the right size, the right weight and it packs a lot of power for the budget conscious. I have my Verizon ipad on my plan and its great when out on the road and there is no Wifi. I take lots of pictures and make videos and its a good tool to show clients. Wen stashing it in a bag or traveling it can pass for a book if you get the right case.

Apple has made done it well with the iPad Mini. Very light, fits in your hand. Screen touch is perfect. Camera is excellent. Battery life is great. Just a fine tablet.

Great size. A lot of good apps and I really like the fact everything links up with my iPhone. Customer service has been very helpful as I fork on figuring everything out. As I discover new things and work on all of the available things this iPad can do,I can see this becoming my main computer. Only problem so far is figuring out how to download pictures from my iPhone to the iPad. I also wish I could keep my iTunes library on the iPad so I wouldn't need a laptop or possibly be able to hook up a portable hard drive. Overall a great experience so far.

I've wanted an iPad for a while but wasn't sure what I would use it for. Well, I'm SO glad I bought it. Those that want to have lots of games, music, video and the like will definitely need to get the 32 or 64 GB model. I use it for web surfing, email, a few games, reading e-books and so much more. I like the easy portability and lightness of the mini too. It's the perfect tablet for home, business and mobile use.

The iPad mini is the perfect size tablet for families on the go. Big enough to read print on a web page, and small enough to throw in your bag. I bought one for each of my boys for their birthday and they love them. I also bought the Griffin Survivor cases to protect these and they work great. They have survived many drops and spills.

I had an iPad 2 and never used it much because it was too big. It just sat in my living room and I used it to look stuff up on IMDB when I was watching TV. I bought the iPad mini for work purposes without being too excited about it, but after using it a bit I have found the size and portability of it make it a far superior tool than its larger counterparts. I now leave my laptop at home most of the time and bring the iPad mini with me everywhere. Now I just need to find a man purse for it to sling over my shoulder that doesn't look too effeminate and I'll be all set.

I have truly enjoyed the iPad Mini! We are thankful with the decision to go with the Mini as it allows our daughter to use it with ease and also to use with our personal business. The camera/picture quality is much better than the regular iPad. It was easy to set up and is easy to navigate. I have no qualms thus far. :-)

Upgraded from 1st gen iPad to new and its better than ever. I use it for flying with cockpit charts, flight planning to reading the newspaper, e-mail, etc. It does everything I need without having to lug around a laptop.

I absolutely love the iPad mini, great to take along everywhere, in my purse, in the car as my GPS navigator on trips, great to use as my book reader while I wait at appss and even at work when I have extra time for myself! Have an older reg size iPad but LOVE, LOVE this mini, so happy I bought it and Best Buy helped make it easy!!!!!

The ipad mini is perfect. It has all the same features of the full size version but is easier to carry and use. I used it to video myself as I was teaching a new lesson to my students. I also used it when I need to make notes at a meeting. It is a wonderful, larger version of my iphone but without the phone calling features. I am sorry I waited so long to purchase one!
