Looked at the Ipad and Ipad mini for a few months before finally purchasing the Ipad mini at Best Buy. Screen is easy to read and the size is perfect to carry around. Great purchase for a first time Ipad user!

We have been very happy with the purchase. We put the Netflexs App on this and the kids can watch movies where ever we go. Also has been used for school and the kids are able to download the math book and thus not have to carry the book to school.

Originally I was looking for a laptop! My sister encouraged me to give the iPad mini a try. I love its size and it is great for surfing/emailing. Very happy with my purchase. I opted for the 32 GB and confident I won't outgrow it!

This is the best product if you are interested in a lightweight tablet. I own iPad, iPad 3, iPad 4 and iPad Mini. And I can share the same Apps among all the devices without paying additional. I can also synch all the devices automatically. I personally prefer larger screen iPad 4, but my wife prefers this lighter size. We use it during commuting, as a car navigator, and as a portable TV during football game together with Elgato EyeTV Mobile. The display is not retina display, but it's hardly noticeable for most Apps. The only drawback is that when I attach a smart cover, the weight increases considerably. Hopefully, Apple or someone else comes up with much lighter cover.

This ipad is a great size for travel. When we travel, we used the ipad as a GPS which allowed us to get to where we were going as well as have access to the net for additional info.

I love my mini iPad. Good size and weight for my purse. Can easily hold with one hand. Glad I did not purchase larger device. Not perfect but very happy with it.

We also have an IPad 2 but the mini is so easy to use and handle, my wife won't part with it. Fits in her purse perfectly! The camera is better also.

There maybe other tablet, big and small, but this one has them all beat. It's easy to use. I keep all my shopping lists on it. and do my online banking with it, manage my financial investments with it and best of all it's always with me. Best of all because it's always connected to the net I never miss any eMails, financial alerts, or IM's. Another plus is that I can communicate to face to face when ever I want or need to.

This is my second tablet and the iPad Mini blows the other one away. It is super fast and compact enough to carry around.

I own the larger IPad but I love the IPad mini. It is more compact. Graphics are great. The quality is excellent

I love that I can go online anytime anywhere with this Ipad. I love the lightweight size and it fits into my small-to-medium size purse. It's all I need to get me through the day. I use my Ipad all day long and enjoy the fact that I have my movie camera, and can take photos, and check my email anytime. I can share my pictures and videos with friends on Facebook the minute I snap them. I highly recommend this Ipad.

This is a perfect size iPad to take along with you and to put in a purse. Reading internet on an iPhone is not the most pleasant experience but this is just right. The only drawback is they didn't start with retina display.

At first I thought the small screen would be hard to see, but as I used it, I found the clarity and sharpness of the display makes up for the small size. The touch screen and the multi-finger gesture technique seemed odd at first, but I adapted to it in a very short time. Anyone considering an ipad should give the ipad mini a good look. It may fit your needs and your pocket better.

I really wanted an iPad Mini and when I first got it loved the lightweight feel and how cute it was sidewise. However, as I begin to use it, it was evident the screen was too small to display full articles or pages and I had to constantly either expand to read or keep swiping to read all the content. I exchanged it for the iPad Air and was much happier. Now I can see an entire page at a font size I can read without a magnifying lens. I do miss the cute small size though.

This is my first Apple product, I'm used to Windows software. It took me a little while to get used to the way this operating system works, but the on-line user guide was very helpful. I like the size of this mini-iPad. It's small enough to fit in a large purse, if necessary. I've used it to download music, read my email, browse the web, used "face time" with a friend and play games.

It's light enough that I can put it in my purse. Comes in handy when I need to access the internet when I'm away from home. A lot of fun apps to keep me entertained. Only bad thing I can think of is the ability to see the screen well in full sunlight.

Bought the mini (32 G) for a trip to Europe and found it perfect for taking photos, uploading to facebook, IMing family and friends and very easy to travel with. Love it would recommend to everyone-

Purchased about 2 weeks before international travel to avoid carrying heavier PC laptop. Was able to access all personal information and communications. Access to all airlines for travel arrangements. Great way to take and transmit quality photos to family and friends. Small package with high capabilities.
