      I use my Verizon iPad in Europe all the time. IPads are unlocked, so you can get a Sim and it will work perfectly in Europe. I chose the Verizon iPad but any with Cellular GSM ipad will work in Europe (CDMA doesn't). The 128Gb of storage is nice as my 64Gb was full.
