    I bought this tablet to record videos for a class I was taking and kept buying icloud storage thinking that would give me more space. I should have bought a larger ipad instead although at the time of purchase, I did not realize I would need the larger size. Go big at purchase time!

    This product was purchased for me as a gift for Christmas. When I tried to get assistance from the Geek Squad, I was told it was out of warranty (30 days had passed) even though I did not receive it until several weeks after it was purchased. Exceptions should be made for Christmas.

    I am not used to technology and do not have an up to date phone. I am not computer savvy, but I got along fine with learning how to use this I-pad. It would have been much easier for me, though, if you had enclosed a booklet showing how to work it. My son showed me how.
