It has done everything we have asked of it. We would have picked one up much sooner if it was a little cheaper though.

Got the iPad for business use. In retrospect I wish I had gone with the iPad Mini. I don't use the tablet much for multimedia, and the 10" size is really more cumbersome than I had anticipated even when testing it out. Other than that it is exactly what an Apple product ALWAYS is - IT JUST WORKS. Sometimes living up to that statement makes Apple make tradeoffs that I don't like - for instance I miss being able to easily use custom keyboards like I can on my Android phone. Other than that, the app selection is fantastic, and, unlike Android, most apps are optimized for the large, high-res screen that the iPad provides. If it weren't for that one fact right there, I probably would have gone with an Android tablet.

I am really happy that I was able to get this ipad. I bought it for my girlfriend as a Christmas present and she loves taking it everywhere and being able to get things done on it, no matter what and where.

Love my new Ipad. I in fact decided to get rid of my lap top as the ipad does everything I need it to do. Love the face time for keeping in touch with grandkids. Love the size and take it everywhere I go.

I finally had to retire my Gen 1 iPad and this has fit the bill perfect, no more crashing on large apps, and it is so much faster. I do not need any thing other than wifi so this fits my needs perfectly.

Similar to other reviews; I am a fan of the Android OS, but after having my Android tablet for a couple years I was ready for something new. I was tired of wishing the manufactures would upgrade to the latest Android OS and how long they would support the product. The iPad is still the one to beat. I know that I will continue to receive software upgrades and support for years. There are also many more tablet-optimized apps for the iPad than the Android competition. iPad apps are also more polished, as many other reviews have said. Great product. Would buy another.

I love this product and have bought several for work, school, and family. The best tablet on the market, hands down.

The primary reason I purchased the Ipad was to have a convenient, portable unit with which to access archived music programs on the Internet. For instance, the pipe organ site, Pipedreams, has more than one hundred past programs one can search out and listen to from the site. I CANNOT do this with my Ipad as I could with my laptop. My wife is in a nursing home with WiFi available, I was looking for a unit we could use for her to listen to music programs when the weather is nice and we can be outside. Our laptop is just too bulky to lug around and balance on a wheelchair. I have since purchased a Samsung Chromebook which will allow us to do this - but am still keeping the Ipad for my personal use.

I love my iPad. Family members have them also in UK and it's fun to FaceTime with them and others. The photo's are great. I'm having fun with this.

Bought the iPad for my elderly parents as they had become increaslingly frustrated with the performance and use of their laptop. Intimidated by technology in general, they were reluctant to even try the iPad to start with, but within a few days they loved it. It has been a few weeks now and they are still learning but they are enjoying staying connected with family, their church, news, weather, etc.

Bought this iPad for my mom for Mother's Day. Since she got it shed been using it for everything from HBOgo to banking online. It really had enhanced her lifestyle and made her become more tech savy.

Love the iBooks feature. So easy to find and purchase books. Also nice for web surfing, online shopping, email,etc. Now on the rare occasions that I pick up my laptop, it feels like a cinder block!!

Got a good deal, store honored it's ad; courteous service even right before store closing and I love my I-pad.

I could use it right out of the box. I can put mega photos on this to show our customers. I would recommend to anyone, young or not so young.

I know that I will use this frequently and will grow to love it. I'm a bit of a novice and know that with more experience, I'll like it even more.

I upgraded from an iPad 2 and really like this one as much as my first! Required a little adjusting to new features. Really wish they wouldn't always changes the power cords on new products. Seems like just a revenue thing - not very customer driven by Apple? All in all - can't imagine life without my iPad. Rarely use a computer at home anymore! :-)

Bought this for my girlfriend for school and the only downside is that word, excel, or office are not compatible with ipad like they are with macbook but they have alternative similar programs.

My first ipad & I love it. So handy. I have a netbook, but this is much easier, although navigating around has a learning curve, at least for me.

Looked at other tablets but ipad4 with retina display was a safe bet and my son will use for college as a reader. He has not started college yet but continually finding new uses for his tablet.

This Apple ipad is fantastic and my wife can't believe all of the features. This ipad takes better pictures then any camera I have ever seen. If you are looking for picture perfect, this is it.
