Customer service from the Best Buy team was excellent and far more thorough than those from a major box store.

Our school district uses the iPads in class and every student is issued one to use for the school year. Once I was watching them do their homework and making iMovies for projects, I was totally intrigued and had to get one for myself. I LOVE IT!!!

Great gift for wife...very easy to use.

It's also been great to use with our 20 month old grand daughter, who loves playing games on it. We have no complaints at all.
