I used my iPhone for everything. At home I wanted something with a bigger screen. Now I am on the iPad all the time and hardly ever use the iPhone at home. Very easy to use. Great graphics. Love to watch movies on it. I'm addicted. My kids 7 & 9 love to play games, watch videos and take pictures.

This is a great mobile device with lots of great functionalities and easy to use.

Apple is still the best. Accept no substitutes. If you get something else, you'll always be lacking something nifty.. But ALWAYS buy your Apple products at Best Buy. They have better guarantees, better service and won't treat you like an inconvenient number like they do at the Apple store!

This is a great product, the best available on the market of it's type. The picture quality is amazing! The only regret is that Apple doesn't play well with others. Trying to transfer non apple or itunes media is a bit tricky.

Nice quality and good price. Fits iPad well and also serves as protection for my iPad. I would recommend this item and found the sales people to quite helpfull. They went out of there way to help and were patient in describing the good points of this item and other possible options

I bought the item for my 7 year old daughter to use and she is truly in love with it, and know how to use it with easy.

Since I use an iPhone, it was easy to use. I like the fact it interfaces with iPhone and the iCloud software on my PC.

I am extremely happy with my purchase of the IPad. I am looking forward to downloading the apps to make it more usable.

Great product, but what did you expect? It's the newest Ipad. We have had it about a month now and the only problem I have noticed is there is no flash for the camera, but I have also noticed that we have not noticed any problem with this missing except you cannot use a flashlight app.

I have used a public computer for several years, so this ipad is very new to me. I'm not young......and I have so much to learn about all the possibilities available. I have needed and will need help with how to do all kinds of things. I don't want to call the Geek squad simply because I fear that I will not understand terminology , thus not be able to do what is needed. I will have some sessions with someone who also uses one and will be glad to show me THEIR expertise.

With a device like this your core activities are limited. I would suggest 32gb and above. Opens up many more doors.

I have had my IPad for three weeks now and I love it! I bring it everywhere I go.(I can't bring my dogs) It keeps me entertained for hours as I wait for appointments. I watch movies when I travel and play games when I'm bored! A very sound investment. I'm very glad I bought it!

Love my new toy! Still playing with it to figure out all that it can do. Once I connect it to my printer it will be even better. I just took it on vacation with me and it was great having it in the hotel, airport, etc.

It's good to have it during international trips, on vacations and in home

We bought this iPad for our trip to Disney World. I am learning how to use the Maps app, how to load books and movies, and how to store photos in iCloud. Haven't mastered that yet but will take advantage of the in-store Apple training classes. Wish I had bought this sooner.

The tablet was ready to use out of the box with a few easy instruction able to navigate and utilize the device.

New lightning connector easier to use. Retina display is stunning. Not sure why no 2nd speaker for stereo sound.

I swear Apple has gone to the future and back,the iPad's are ahead of our time,you are transported to a new world,one that only has Apple and Futurama is out your window. I feel reborn and apart of a new world,experience it for yourself and be part of the future now.

Good product,could be cheaper in price.Great for artists and photographers to show clients current projects.

My Ipad is great to use, but my experience buying from Best Buy has been disasterous. I will think twice about purchasing expensive technology from Best Buy. Be cautious with the reward zone program as other people can incorrectly link to your account, costing you points.
