It's a nice clear, faster and sleeker model. Its reliable and dependable if you find yourself with out a computer. During the storm, when I found myself without electricity, the pad was a great help. The price is high but the investment is worth it.

We use this guy to run the dmx controlled lights in our sanctuary at church. Not any more expensive than dmx controllers, but user interface is great, especially for volunteers, and the wireless control is awesome! Wouldn't do it any other way!

I struggled with my decision to purchase an iPad, but then many friends told me how helpful it was to them with their music and an application that downloads sheet music so you don't have to cart around binders and music books. It works perfectly!

Great way to read books digitally, apps, internet, Facebook, Email, and other computer like items. This item was for my wife and she will not leave home with out it. She will not even let our daughter use it just to try it out and see how it is.

Purchased multiple of these for business use. The iPad is an extremely reliable product from a company with a deserving reputation. Yes there are other competitors out there, but it's hard to beat the flawless support from a local apple store.

Support from sales staff was excellent. Questions answered fully. Advice freely given. Setup done by salesperson was very helpful. All we had to do was take it home , fully charge and begin using. Would recommend Best Buy and IPad to anyone.

What can I say, it's an Apple iPad. If you can fault anything it's a lack of a file manager such that you can see what files are where, and can do something with them. Apple Smart Covers are thin and compact in addition to working well..

Product has worked well for the past 3.5 years. Highly recommended.
