My daughter wanted this for her birthday so we got it for her. I went to best buy to shop for it and as I was learning about it, it seemed not so exciting. Either a laptop or a smart phone has more features and would be more useful than this hybrid, I thought to myself, but I bought it anyway because my darling girl wanted it. Three weeks later, and I give her credit for her frankness, my daughter said she wasn't really getting a lot from the device and asked if we could exchange it for a laptop, which we did, and best buy was very helpful in the exchange. We got a touch-screen laptop so she didn't have to sacrifice anything in the exchange and she is very happy with the result.

I owned a laptop which was always having problems with updates and security. Decided to try the ipad and have not regretted it.

I use this mainly when I travel. It's great for carrying lots of reading material, letting me stay in touch through email, etc.

This is slightly more expensive than the iPad 2 but the extra dollars are worth it!!

i use my iPad to hold my notes for vision casting and support-raising speaking. I've found a teleprompter app that works great!

I bought this for my son to take to college. I recently asked him to rate it on a scale of 1 to ten and he said definitely 10.

I love the fact there is no wait time to use and the Wi Fi works great' Lots of time the desktop does not get turned on for days

I bought this for my father n law. He loves it. I have one and I won't get anything other than apple. Price is a little high but u get get quality. It's easy to go over on Internet bill.

I purchased the iPad so that my granddaughter could use the same type of learning programs that she was using in occupational therapy. I found some great free programs for her. I also like being able to get online without taking out the laptop.

Only problem was with the LIFEPROOF cover, defective, replaced. The jack would not screw into the IPad to listen to music.

If you are thinking about the ipad, do not delay, get it!

I love the IPad. It is great for me to use and easy for my kids to use and learn with.

It's a good product and one usually is on the forefront for new developments of apps.

I love my IPad. I went from an old Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 to this and I am happy that I did. Apple offers great products.
