After waiting in your store location for OVER AN HOUR Aduring holiday after I paid waiting for your key holder to bring the IPAD to me. When I finally presented the gift it didn't WORK

This device is the best iPad by far even better then the new mini. My 2 year old uses this on a day to day basis with ease. It does have a great quality screen, battery life, performance. It's only flaws is having to buy so many adapters to take full advantage of the device and the wifi connection isn't the greatest.

Call me a Apple fan boy if you want, but this is one great piece of technology. Great UI, easy to use, so many apps to pick from, and as always everything works perfect. The only thing I dislike about iPhones and iPad in general is no flash support, only if apple could allow flash support.

This was a birthday gift for my wife and she hasn't put it down. She absolutely loves the new I Pad and it replaced her Nook. There are so many features. It's like using a computer but not as bulky. It has all of the same features as her IPhone 4 with a nicer, brighter and larger screen. 5 out 5 stars

I love it... I have very few complaints if any. I was an iPhone junkie, so it's nice to get the same features on a larger screen. I'm only using my pc for office work (excel, word, e-mailing docs, etc.). If I were able to store files on this thing, I would rarely use my pc for anything except work.

This is my first iPad (it took to the 3rd generation to finally take the dive). After using it, I have realized that I should have done this sooner. It's a great product and I was a bit skeptical. Purchasing the New iPad was a great decision!

This is a great ipad. It is so much better than the Ipad2 the quality of the screen is like night and day! Very easy to use. I just wish Best Buy would give a higher trade in value for old machines! This would make it less costly to upgrade

The Retina Display alone was worth the purchase! As far as the battery - I haven't had any trouble with it getting 'uncomfortably' warm and it lasts plenty long.

The new Ipad is everything you would expect. It's a great product. The 4G is fast and can get signal everywhere we've tried to use it, including in remote places in Wisconsin. Don't have Best Buy activate the 4G service. They wanted to charge me for activation, but it literally took 3 clicks and a credit card with no activation fee to do it on your own. The larger memory is a plus for apps, but if you are a casual user, you may not need it.

We were very happy with the Ipad 2 with only a Wifi connection. After 20 hours we still are having problems getting it to work. The menu system is too complex and no instruction manual is included. The itunes store is another major problem. We had a problem trying to purchase apps and have wasted over 20 hours via e-mail support. You cannot talk to a real live person. The worst part was having over $200 charged to my credit card to an e-mail address that is not registered to my itunes account. Then to make it worst I purchased an itunes card at Best Buy and received an error message that the card was invalid. Best Buy gave me a telephone number to contact apple saying that they could not do anything to help me. I do not have much hope for an e-mail solution from Apple.

I didn't think I would find a big difference, but holy cow, its amazing. I still needed my laptop for word documents and simple spreadsheets, when I was using my iPad 1 but now the responsiveness is so great, I only drag the laptop home with complex spreadsheets and never to I need it for documents. Thanks for a great product that is convenient.

Totally love it. Its been over a month now and I have not turned on my laptop. It's more compact and easy to maneuver than a laptop. I take it to work and use the Internet on my pad rather than use the work Internet for personal stuff. During my lunch hour, I watch Netflix, play app games, check email, socialize on Facebook, etc. I love my new toy and one cannot go wrong with Apple.

I love it. Apple once again has outdone themselves. I own a lot of Apple products but this is by far my favorite.

Luv this tablet. Very fast & has lots of features. Works great on wifi & 4g AT&T data plan. Good battery life.

You can not go wrong with Ipad, beware everyone in your fimily want one.

Too bad it costs so much, but gotta say I love being able to share this with my 5 yr old.

Love the screen and Apples OS system. The iPad is very easy to use and set up.

The iPad 3 is great for personal use & work. I carry it everywhere I go and it's awesome. This makes a wonderful gift also. The battery is one of the best things.

Any IPad is a great product. It is amazing how one can become so dependent on equipment with ready access to data availability 24/7 regardless of where in the world you might travel. I'll never be without one again!

Good product. Best in class. I have a blackberry playbook also and for my business the available applications are far superior.
