Big upgrade from the iphone 7 i had. Faster, longer battery life, and bigger screen since they got rid of the home button. Takes a second to get used to it.

By now everyone know what you’re getting when you buy one. Good iOS, good display, good cameras, good battery life etc…

My son loves this phone, I purchased it for his 15th birthday. It was what he wanted. He say it is super fast when searching the web & downloading games. I hear the picture quality is also nice. What else can I say the new wave kids loves their I-phones. With the purchase it comes with Free Apple Music, TV & News ranging from 3-6 months free service.

Good phone for the price. Worked well for the year or so we had it.

I phone 11 is better than my I phone 7 , more features in it

OMGosh! This is so much better than my iPhone 7- set up was east, so many perks with this phone, I am on it way too much. Love the size too. Don’t have too squint anymore.

This I phone 11 is a nice size and easy to move around in apps has a good camara.

I’ve had each iteration of iPhone since the 4s. And am currently on the 12pro. This purchase is for my mother-in-law to replace a 6s. She loves the bigger screen despite the extra weight of the device. She’s had it a few weeks and can use Uber and emails and make calls fine. Apple products always deliver.

New phone. Runs like the last one. Slightly better camera.

Upgraded from an iPhone 8 to 11. Love the bigger screen and the red color. Easy transition since I already had an 8. Finding some of the functions like the flashlight was a little challenging, but easily looked up how to find it.

Phone lags home button, which Apple fixed in the newer models. Great price for the value. Display and Camera are definitive an upgrade

Bought it for my wife. She loves it. So far battery life is great, camera does a great job. She had to get use to not having a home button..

The cellphone was everything that my son wanted. The size, features, and the ability to update with ease. Very pleased with this product so far.

Love my new IPhone 11. Lots of cool options , excellent photos with camera. easy to navigate. and priced reasonably.

Went from Phone 7plus to the 11. So far, so good. Not having home button took getting use to....lots of swiping! Would give excellent rating as I like iPhones in general. Just haven't had long enough. Very happy with all the help I received from Best Buy in setting up phone.

It was a good phone for the time I had it. I mean obviously there’s newer phones now but if you’re on a budget I recommend purchasing this phone.

Replaced an obsolecent flip phone. Definitely experiencing a learning curve. Wish they included a user manual. Also does not include a recharging/power unit--must be bought separately. Even if not the latest maodel, has all the capability I need. Highly recommended for those that don't want/need a cellphone with all the latest bells and whistles.

I bought this phone for my son. He loves it, and enjoys it. No complaints what’s so ever.
