This is the iPhone to get if yours is at least 2 years old. It's a major upgrade in speed, memory, and camera quality. I love taking pictures and videos with this phone.

I’ve had fun using my new phone. I’m not one to typically get the latest phone, i usually wait until a battery permanently dies or phone is ancient before i get a new one but i was sold on the wide angle shot. So many times i have to get so far back to fit my kids team pictures in that it’s a terrible shot, but not any more

I lost my red Apple iPhone 11 64GB over the weekend and stopped in Best Buy yesterday to purchase a new phone. I ended up upgrading to an iPhone 11 Pro and bought a leather case to go with it. The best customer service I've ever experienced here! Better than the Sprint store my service representative at Best Buy, Mariah, was patient, detailed-oriented and very informative in our new purchase of a new phone. She gave us a variety of options and clearly explained the specs on each device. I went with this beautiful gold iPhone Pro with 256GB as I work avidly online editing videos, capture photos and do business daily. I absolutely love this phone! Sharing the same experiences over lost/damaged phones over the store counter has also got me to finally purchase AppleCare+ Not only does this iPhone have a classy sleek design with the leather case, but also the customer service was phenomenal! Amazing customer service does go a long way, especially with a huge unexpected purchase like this one. Thanks Mariah! And Best Buy team!
