Despite being only 2 grams heavier than last year's 11 Pro Max, the iPhone 12 Pro Max feels even more solid and well-built. The flat edges, the matte-etched glass back and stainless steel sides are another level of premium fit and finish. If you want the best of all things in an Apple smartphone, the iPhone 12 Pro Max is it. The large and bright display, the enhanced camera, the longer battery life and awesome grunt inside make this a compelling smartphone. If your hands can cope with the extra heft (and your wallet with the heftier price), this is the model to go for.

An awesome device, coming from a prior Android user. I’ve supported Apple phones at work for years, but stayed with Android until now. Obviously there are differences and gaps, but I’m very happy with this device - definitely feels and operates as a premium phone. The LiDAR scanning is insane to have available on a consumer device - pic for reference. I can’t wait to see what app developers do with this capability. Best Buy’s curbside service was quick and easy. Their staff is always friendly and helpful.

Big step up from my 7 plus. The 5G antenna performance is very good and works in areas I previously got poor reception. The migration from my old phone to the new one was very easy and only took about 30 min, and didn’t have restore from backup.

Love the size and the speed and functionality. It is a bit heavy but I’m getting used to it. Takes amazing photos which is great because we take a ton of pics having a growing family and all! Overall, this device is expensive but holds a charge all day. Works better than my iPhone Xs plus. Hopefully I don’t have to buy a new device for a few years but I doubt it knowing apple hahah !

I waited for this iPhone 12 Pro max to replace my iPhone 7 Plus because I wanted 5G. This Pro Max is the same physical size as my 7+ which was one of my requirements. Face recognition generally works great, but not always with required Covid face coverings. Camera are great and image and video quality are excellent.

Recently purchased the new iPhone 12 Pro Max 5G to replace an iPhone 8 Plus. Still happy with the bigger screen and like the upgrades like extended battery life, improved cameras and ability to utilize the 5G network as it becomes available. Best Buy helped make it all a pretty painless process.

I love the camera’s and the bigger screen! It is heavier than I thought it would be. Maybe because I got the 256gb storage.

Takes good pictures and battery last long too. I love it.

This is a great 5G product - especially helpful when in locations that have weaker signal such as in basement or office buildings - video conversation smoother when using 5G network! And the processor of the new iPhone makes things better than iPhone 11!!! AND battery life has been improved

Absolutely love it! The picture quality is great and the phone is very fast. With 256GB you don’t have to worry about storage. I definitely recommend this phone to anyone in the market for a new iPhone or anyone looking to make the change from android to iPhone

The performance of this model outweighs the previous versions by far. Seems to be built for iOS14 and is snappy quick. The 12 pro Max is same size as my previous 8 Plus but with the smaller bezels, reaching to the top is a bit of a stretch. Either enable accessibility features to reach or use a second hand and it’s not as bad. Easy to get used to. Gaming and streaming is quick and picture is super sharp. Taking photos and videos has been amazing! So crisp and great low light performance! I have not played with photo or video editing much yet but look forward to all the advanced features! MagSafe seems very limited right not and I’m not able to find (or make) an accessory that work for me. Hopefully the MagSafe ecosystem expands soon. In the end, worth it.

I love the new 12 pro max. I upgraded from the 8 plus and the speed and picture quality is night and day. I had heard from others they didn’t like the weight of it, but so far I don’t see that being an issue.

I had an iPhone 10 max for about 2 1/2 years and the battery life was getting shorter. I was also curious about the new iPhone 12 camera quality and to eventually see if the 5G would actually work. Battery life in the new 12 pro max is definitely better - I’d be down to 20% every night with the old 10 and with the same amount of use at the same time of day I’m at 60% with the new 12 pro max. The camera in the 12 pro max is a decidedly better, especially in low light. It’s crisper, clearer and has better definition than the old 10. Jury still out on the 5G - time will tell. The 12 is faster, the facial recognition is better and it’s not overly large compared to the 10. It’s annoying that Apple does not include the charger, only the cable with the new 12. Always a cash grab on cables or accessories by Apple - it’s annoying. Aside from the phone itself which is working out well, the phone pickup at Best Buy was annoying. It’s a long story that I won’t reiterate but next time I buy a new phone, it will NOT be from Best Buy. Their staff were rude and bureaucratic.

Love this phone! I upgraded from an iPhone XR and this phone is so much faster plus it has 5G! The picture is so clear and I actually love watch shows on this rather than my 4K TV!

My favorite iPhone yet! So in love with the camera, night mode is incredible. Oh and the neutral gold color, it’s BEAUTIFUL. It’s so fast and the battery lasts forever.

Upgraded from a iPhone 6plus so it’s obviously a BIG improvement. Loving the camera and the full screen. But on the heavy side for a phone but I’ll manage.
