Don’t buy open box - no quality check from BestBuy

We spoke to central team and they suggested to go to any Best Buy store and get the cable exchanged and Best Buy store suggested this can only be done by central team. No one is ready to take responsibility of the wrong cable sent. This is quality check for an excellent condition open box
