I love this phone I switched from the Galaxy folding to an iPhone 13 and i preferred apples new software in the 13 so much that I had to get the pro plus. This phone has the longest battery life of any device I’ve ever owned it uses 5G like a champ I never drop calls and the phone is just extremely fast screen size is perfect. Camera on it is pretty awesome has a lot of different features for you to make movies and your pictures come to life all. This phone is built like a tank and I have dropped it quite a couple of times with no so much as a hair line crack on the cover lol. Apples best model to date

I got the 13 regular for myself whereas I got the 13 pro max for my wife. I would say that the Pro Max is a bit bigger than I would like. But for some reason women like the bigger phones whereas men like smaller phones, and I guess that might just be a thing with purse vs pocket. Men put phones in pockets, which doesn't work well for big phones where as women use their purse. Heh. The screen on this is absolutely amazing. Beautiful. Fluid. Super responsible. My wife was a little let down when the rumors about an in-screen fignerprint sensor turned out to be false and fingerprint may not show up until the 14. Oh well. The phone is super speedy thanks to the new processor and plentiful ram and rom. Battery life is insane. My wife barely charges this once every 2 days. The camera is A++++++++. Can't speak higher about this. However, I will say the camera bump is really a pain. All of these flagships are getting out of hand frankly. I don't like the idea of the camera screen being so available to damage. I tried putting on a camera protector but that really messed up the auto-focus of the camera so it had to go. I just had to make sure I bought a case big enough to protect the cameras. Im not a fan of all these news phones not including a power brick especially now that the included cable is USB C and not USB-A...sigh. Thankfully I have a bunch of old USB A lightning cables. They charge just fine. I wouldn't recommend the extra expense of the Pro Max, over the Pro that is, for the simple reason that the cameras are now the same between the two models. Only if you need the bigger screen size would I say to get the pro max. If you want a smaller phone in the hand you'll be fine with the pro, it has the exact same set of cameras.

Much faster with 5G, scrolling was super smoother and faster. Love the new 3 lense camera, especially the micro close up shot, way better than my iPhone 7 Plus. Love the bigger screen without the home button, and the “silver” color but more like a white color phone. The dark mode in the camera is waaaay better also, it gives a clear detail shot. Can’t complain about battery life so far, seems to last for days without charging.

Wasn't planning on upgrading from the 12 pro max but there was a good trade in offer. Better battery, better camera, and better performance. May be negligible to others but noticeable to me. Not much of an upgrade from the 12 pro max but if you have an older iphone id definitely recommend upgrading

This phone is amazing, the cameras are stunning as well as the color, texture, and overall feel of the phone is so durable. This combined with the giant screen, battery, and fast refresh rate is more than anything I could’ve asked for in a phone

I would say that it is definitely an upgrade when compared to the 10-series or earlier and possibly the 11. The improvements in the display and camera is quite noticeable. Although when looking at the 12-series, this 13-series almost feels like a "S" year instead of a true iPhone 13. So I wouldn't recommend it if you already have the 12-series. Outside of that, still the most stable video camera and still photos are rather crisp. The battery life is truly amazing and longlasting. Having used the S20-series for awhile, it was a disappointment that the 12-series didn't have high refresh rates, but this display has caught apple up to the game.

I had a Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G prior to getting this iPhone, and boy does this phone seem to get better by the second. It is just as smooth, yet everything is more optimized and feels more connected. I got this phone with 65% battery and after almost 12 hours I still had about 35% battery. Simply, the battery life is unreal! When I opened the box and held this phone for the first time I was blown away. One of the main reasons I got this phone was also because of the trade-in promotion where Best Buy gave me an addition amount towards the total trade-in value. I highly recommend this phone!

Upgraded it from an iPhone 8 Plus and wow such a huge transition. Bigger camera better camera and faster speeds with a bigger battery. Also with 5g now which is cool.

Great for everything, perfect size and respond. East to use

This is my first iPhone since the iPhone 3GS, and obviously things changed, but a lot of other tones didn’t change, and it felt like riding a bike after nearly 10 years with android. The large 120 Hz display is so nice, the weight of it is substantial but premium, and the smaller notch is welcomed. Battery life is absolutely ridiculously amazing, I don’t think anything can come close. There were a few software bugs in my experience, some of them were corrected, others are yet to be. Having to switch to lightning when everything I have is USB-C is an absolute pain in the butt, and it really hammers the constant idea that Apple was *so close* coming out with the perfect smartphone but they had to use lightning - we’ll see how later models address this issue (if at all), but the 13 Pro Max is an outstanding device despite these gripes. I would suggest you visit a store to check out the size and weight and see if it’s for you, and if it is you won’t be disappointed.

Upgraded from iPhone 11 to the 13 pro max and loving the phone. Snappy performance, beautifully responsive, larger screen and great battery life - what more can one ask from an upgrade. Bestbuy pickup experience was great, the mobile desk rep knew what he was doing.
