Ordered over week and half ago

I ordered my phone over a week and half ago. Said it wouldnbe available to pick up on the 15th. The item is now delayed and No one can tell me anything other then were waiting on inventory. Then they say they wont charge till order ships but ive been charged

Terrible I have been waiting for my iPhone which I ordered online and we have still not got the phone. Yet everyone who picked up from the store did receive theirs. Sad how online orders are treated!
