    Returned the item and it has been 2 weeks and I still have not received my refund. Seller did not update me in 2 days like it said online and I had to reach out and they still did not give me a definite date of my refund. I reached out to Best Buy and was given a date which I did not receive a refund still on that said date. Two weeks. No refund.

    Never buy refurbished phone! When I receive it looked great outside, but when I started to set it up, the touch screen was not responding (difficult to switch numbers to letters0, and it was making strange sound. I immediately initiated returned process and shipped it back the very next morning by FedEx. The seller received this IPhone on October 20, 2025, but hasn't issued refund as of today, October 27, 2025, in contradictory to written promise to do it in 2 to 5 business days. The bottom line, buy Apple products only new and directly from Apple.

    Device came severely tattered. Which i figured would be the case for “refurbished device. But it would stay powered on longer than 1-2 mins

    I purchased a iPhone 14 refurbished on Best Buy. Website. I walked in to Best Buy to add it to my members. Insurance coverage. I was very disappointed to find out. It's a third party, so you're not purchasing it from best. Please be aware

    I had to return it. It had a defect. It kept turning off, took it into an AT&T store and they said it was defected. Never had that happen to me buying a refurbished phone from Best Buy first time.
