Bought as a replacement for an iPhone 11 that had issues. Great product, awesome price.

We did not receive the correct phone the day of purchase but Best Buy employees made sure we got an exchange for what we wanted and needed . They answered every question we had and did it with a smile.

The iphone 14 plus is a really great phone .Both of my daughters love the phone .my one daughter has vision problems the phones screen and brightness is great for her eyes .

I got it for my son two years ago! Phone still working and great condition! Best Buy had better deal.

I got a nice looking phone for a decent price, but it,s somewhat confusing for me to use. I,m not a technical person so I have issues sometimes.

Honestly love this phone! The battery life is game changer for me, since I tend to forget to charge it all the time. It charges so quickly and lasts me throughout the day, sometimes two days!

So far so good. Replaced an older SE phone. This is obviously nicer being newer.

The color look super good with a clear case. Really easy to transfer over old iPhone information. Just don’t forget to update Old iPhone to the newest

Worked great got an open box special it works great and got me a phone pretty quick when my other phone died and it has been great.

It's an average phone. Decent camera. It's an expensive iPhone.

I've never used an Apple product before and didn't want to spend a $1000 to see if I liked it so this was 1/2 the price to see if it is compatible for what I'm hoping it will do. So far, so good but still learning to use it. A lot different from my Galaxy.

I upgraded from an iPhone 8 Plus. The 14 has been great for me so far. I’m glad I went with this phone. The camera quality is an improvement and I didn’t have to buy new chargers.

Better than previous models and best when compared to 15 also priced at good price.
