    Great phone, no written instructions available except online. Very difficult to follow on the phone itself. Good upgrade on camera and clarity of the keyboard and photos.

    I bought this as a Christmas gift for my daughter this past Christmas and she loves everything about the phone even the color. She says the color reminds her of pistachio ice cream.

    Knowledgeable sales rep helped me select the nest iPhone for my needs. Assured me I could transfer from my old phone with screen prompts. Worked perfectly. Wish Apple would include complete charging accessories, so I would not have to incur additional cost just to charge it.

    I got the iPhone 15 earlier this year, and even though it’s not the newest model anymore, it’s been great. It’s fast, the camera takes really clear photos, and the screen looks amazing.

    I went in store to purchase this device and the service was great. It’s a brand new, sealed in box, unlocked device so I was very pleased. It works great, and I had no issue connecting to my network. I’d definitely visit Best Buy again for my future device needs.
