    Hours on the phone & online chat. Spoke to multiple customer service reps regarding order just to be fed false information and incorrect timeline. Had to reach out to headquarters (Minn.) in order to get the order that was placed on Black Friday a month after the fact. Worst Customer service reps in the retail business. Phone is what is expected of iPhone. Would just recommend buying from Apple or Service provider (Verizon, etc) over Best Buy based on experience.

    Hey, save up and get an iPhone 13 or 14. They're basically the same except for the USB-C, the Dynamic Island! Yea ok! Battery life's identical too, so you won't notice a difference in daily use.

    I ordered an iPhone 15 but was sent an iPhone 14 instead. After weeks of calls, returns, and even buying another phone because I was leaving the country, Best Buy still hasn’t resolved the issue. The wrong phone I returned was sent back to me with a note saying I returned the wrong product—when it was the one they shipped me in error. Customer service has been confusing, unhelpful, and left me with extra charges and wasted time. Extremely disappointed.
