Phone arrived with no damage, but Best Buy worker did not write address correctly so I had to cancel the purchase and buy the same phone again.

I will never buy another phone of any kind from Best Buy again. This phone was less than a year old when it started having near constant green lights flickering on the screen. Best Buy sent the phone to Apple care, who supposedly "replaced" it with a new phone. The green lights were almost immediately back on the "new" phone. To make matters worse, I was forced to go without my original phone for 2 weeks while apple care repairs or replaced it. This forced me to buy this brand new iphone as an "intermediary" phone because I am type 1 diabetic and cannot go without my phone for 2 hours, let alone 2 weeks. My phone literally keeps me alive and healthy by constantly monitoring my blood glucose levels and also pumping my insulin into my body. Also, during this process, the Geek Squad lost over 11 years of my contacts and it has been an absolute nightmare trying to retrieve them. All because of Best V=Buy's and their Geek Squad's incompetence. They referred me to work directly with apple. Apple, while better, has still had a very difficult time assisting me because of how inept Best Buy is. Never buy an iphone from Best Buy! You are much better served buying them through apple directly, if not a mobile service carrier.

I'm done with samsung fold, black screen two times. 2500 any 400 every tine the inner screen screws up. Apple phones no worry

I love that Best Buy has the option of purchasing unlocked phones that we can use with our current provider without having to upgrade our phone plan. Great purchase and highly recommend.
