I love my iPhone . It was so easy to get it through Best Buy. My phone has a long battery life and charges fast too. This phone feels so light and the camera is great quality . I was told of the options of which color I could get . Green is my favorite color so I chose the light green one . This Best Buy in particular one Hawthorne and pch is always helpful and tries to satisfy customers .

I have no complaints for this phone. Upgraded from an 11 and the battery life has improved the camera quality has also improved. It doesn’t weight that much so if you’re always standing at work it won’t be a bother compared to other phones I’d recommend this phone to anyone that is looking for a jump on battery life and camera quality. Good battery life. It does everything I need. Has better screen and camera than my old Samsung. Connects well with my Apple watch.

I love the phone, very smooth and responsive, camera quality is great, Face ID is quick, also fits in the hand well. One warning though: DO NOT UPDATE TO IOS 26. YOU CANNOT GO BACK. When updated to iOS 26, it becomes a bit laggy and not as responsive as iOS 18, along with unnecessary animations, Face ID is slower, all because of the Liquid Glass graphics that cannot be disabled. And it's not the phone's fault, my iPad Pro 2022 also experiences this lag but more exaggerated. This is after almost 2 weeks of using the software. But if the phone remains on iOS 18, then it runs perfectly fine.

This new phone is working great! My daughter very easily ported her old number and her old phone's data to this new device, which is working flawlessly. I found Best Buy to have the best price for new phones in our metro area, even way better than her cellular service provider. And it's cool that I could order it online for easy pickup. I've shopped Best Buy for most of the appliances in our home, as well as most of our computer and phone gear. Thank goodness Best Buy stayed open when Circuit City, Radio Shack, and so many other electronics stores shut down. And there are a number of locations I can choose from that are near me. Thanks, Best Buy!

I got my daughter this pink iphone 15 and she absolutely loved it, its the perfect size and shade of pink. The camera quality was amazing, overall the phone so easy to set up!

The phone came fast and was delivered on the date. It said it would be delivered on. I bought the phone in excellent condition and it was like receiving a new phone. It said opened the box, but it did come in a sealed apple box. It runs perfectly and the battery health was at 100%. If I ever need another phone, I’d definitely be coming back to Best Buy refurbished.

Very good choice, it has a battery life of more than 1 day with a charge, the cell phone has a good texture, very good rear and front camera, it is pretty, I have no problem with it, it is a very good choice.

Better upgrade. I had a minor inconvenience purchasing it. However, it was resolved quickly and I was guided by an employee every second. Also takes beautiful pictures.
