This is a nice phone. Not a pro-level obviously, but it beats the new iPhone 16e in terms of hardware. This is a good phone for a kid or someone who doesn't need the high performance of a pro model.

WE will probably NOT purchase another i phone from Best Buy. Last purchase was on 7/6 of an I phone 16 (BRAND NEW), however when clerks were adding husbands info there was already a phone number on the phone, they said we needed to go to Apple store. When husband made calls or test they were listed as coming from other number. We were going on a short vaca next day which was TOTALLY ruined due to this mess. While on vaca I was able to remove the number but then husband had NO use of his phone. I had done a reverse look up of the number and found a name and local address. The number was also listed as a verizon customer. Left our vaca early, went to apple store at Arden Mall sacto, they then told us that we had to go to ATT store so was just another short walk, As far as we know that clerk took care of problem (again he also said that he had NEVER seen anything like it beforel), am keeping the info in case of future problem

I had to replace my iPhone 13 because after the last update it was virtually useless. They do this on purpose. What don't I like:
That this phone will only work for the next 3 years before they force another for twice the price.
The camera button on the side is annoying; I keep accidentally clicking it.
The Apple AI is infuriating and not helpful whatsoever, I had to go in to my settings and turn it off for EVERY SINGLE APP ONE BY ONE INSTEAD OF EVERYTHING AT ONCE!!!!!!!!!!!!
This phone is worse than any iPhone I have owned and it doesn't make sense why it's so much money. And why my 13 stopped working for literally getting updated.
