    Best Buy Customer Service Is Terrible

    The phone is fine. Best Buy customer service- terrible. I ordered the wrong gb for the phone that I wanted and caught it right away. We contacted customer service and were told we would have to wait for it to get here and then exchange it. I went to our local store to do so, but was told I wouldn’t get the $100 gift card since that promotion was over and then they charged me another $45 for a restocking fee- the employee stuck the phone in a cabinet behind him. The employee was kind, but I was completely hosed. I understand I made the mistake in ordering the wrong phone, but you would think they would honor everything else and just exchange me the phone, but instead I got told to pay extra. I’ll take my chances at a Verizon store next time.
