Its hard to beat an apple!! This product is superb. Easy to operate and performs fantastic. With Best Buy total product protection plan u cant go wrong. The availablty to conduct any type business or general conservation is fantastic in its own catagory. A purchase of this product would be well worth it!!!!

Not much more to say about it. It was a good deal on the previous edition of the desirable iPhone. I hope to get as good service from this as my previous iPhone (7). Plus, since Best Buy dropped the price two days after I bought it, they made it very easy to do the "price match" and gave me credit for the price difference. Well worth watching your item's price.

SIL needed a new phone so we went to BB to get pick one up and replace the old one. So far it has been a great improvement and as always, it was also a great experience with the staff. Super quick to help and they were able to narrow down the options she wanted and help her choose.

Son loves it! He lives in different state and Best Buy was great. I purchase it where I lives and he picked it up where he lives. He stated he loves it so much. He would be on his game and still just finding our new gadgets that makes him lose game

It was great and the customer service was amazing. I originally went to T mobile to buy it which is my carrier and they wouldn’t let me without activation and it was a Christmas gift so if I did that he would know. You all did it without any question.

Nice phone for son takes very good vidoes and we like the size and color of the phone. (The color helps keep owner from loosing it.) So far seems to work very well and battery stays charged for quite a long time.

I love this phone so many things to do with it. The camera is amazing. I especially love the texting feature that allows AI to review your text and give you options on how to change the text depending on if it’s friendly or professional

Great and speedy customer service. Setup was a little challenging, but that's because I'm challenged in that department. Got there with a little help. Since I upgraded from an 11, this is so much better!

I purchased this phone for my granddaughter and she absolutely loves it! The camera is one of the best things about the phone. The picture quality and how you are able to clean up the photos is another amazing feature.

Love this phone! I finally have enough room and it’s fast. This may be different for you if your phone company has issues I’m using visible and love it. I get 5g and I get signal in a places I couldn’t before. I also love the color.

Got the phone at the lowest price (amongst 3 sellers that I compared with). 1 hour pick up service is extremely convenient. The phone is in perfect working condition and is what I expected.

Beautiful color, easy to learn how to use. Not heavy. Easy to transfer data from my old phone. Takes great pictures. The battery seems to last for a long time. I haven’t charged it but once in 2 days.
