I received an empty phone box. I called Customer service which said I will receive a replacement phone. Only to be given the run around for days. I was even sent to pick up at a store an hour and 45 minutes from me to only be there for about 4 hours and still no replacement and no refund. Manager told me this happens all the time with FedEx and they would recoup the loss from them. Another lie. I've called and called and still nothing. Only to have to go repurchase this phone again for my son because this was his Christmas gift. Imagine a child opening a gift and there's nothing there and now you don't have a Christmas gift. I lost over $700 and had to rebuy again. I bought from Best Buy again because this is the only place I have been able to find the Iphone 16. I WAS a customer of Best Buy. I have purchased Dell products, Mac Book, etc. But because of the customer service I will now go elsewhere. I don't have money to just give away. I spen gas driving almost 2 hours from my home and wasted an entire day with no good resolution for me. Not giving me a refund or replacement for what I paid for is not acceptable. The phone was delayed in transit...Why? It went a different route than the other phone for my daughter that I ordered the same day...Why? The both came from same location in Georgia. But yet this is my fault that you all use a carrier that you have problems with products going missing. Customer service said it would be replaced but didn't. My advice to others: Don't have your order delivered from Best Buy because they will take no responsibility if something happens to it.

This phone works really well for me. It runs smoothly, the battery lasts a long time, and the camera quality is better than I expected. Overall, I’m very satisfied with it

I purchased an i iphone ON the 23 rd of December as a Christmas present for my granddaughter and when I received the delivery and opened the SEALED box the Iphone was not inside and a yellow box cutter was inside the box I contacted best buy who told me to contact law enforcement dispute the charge and reached out to customer care best buy refused to replace the phone and refund my money and completely ignored me i was told to send in photos of the empty box and all sides only to not receive a statement four times from BESTBUY HOW THEY WERE NOT GOING TO REPLACE OR REFUND MY MONEY BEST BUY HAVS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORST CARE AND IWORST CUSTOMER CARE AND SATISFACTION BEST BUY RUSHED ME OFF THE BACK PHONE THE EXPLANATION GIVEN BY THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS POORLY WRITTEN BY THE REPRESENTATIVE I AM OUT OF 1036.58 I CALLED BEST BUY AND BEST BUY’S AI RECORDER STATED THE PHONE WAS ACTIVATED ON THE 23RD OF DECEMBER AND DELIVERED ON THE 26TH OF DECEMBER. HOW COULD I HAVE ACTIVATED A PHONE THAT I DIDN’T HAVE IN MY POSSESSION This was a Christmas present for my granddaughter THIS WAS A PURCHASE I MADE INSIDE THE STORE AND ORDERED FROM THE STORE CLERK BECAUSE I WAS TOLD THEY DIDNT HAVE THE PHONE IN STOCK. I HAVE TOTAL TECH WHICH IS SUPPOSED TO COVER APPLE CARE INCLUDING THEFT I AM SO FRUSTRATED WITH BEST BUY AND DISAPPOINTED I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR OVER 10 YEARS ONLY TO BE TOLD THERE’S NOTHING WE CAN DO. CURRENTLY I AM WORKING WITH AN ATTORNEY AND CONTACTING THE ATTORNEY GENERAL IN MINNESOTA AND MISSOURI WHERE I LIVE AND EXPOSING BEST BUY ON AS MANY PUBLIC PLATFORMS I CAN BEST BUY ARE CROOKS I WOULD NOT SHOP THERE THEY MUST BE REALLY HURTING FOR MONEY TO STOOP TO AN ALL TIME LOW TO STEAL FROM CUSTOMERS I SHARED MY STORY WITH MY SON AND OTHERS AND THEY ALL STATED HOW BEST BUY TRIED STEALING THEIR MONEY FROM ERRONEOUS CHARGES TO INACCURATE PHONE SET UP WITH MORE PRODUCT PLAN PHONE PLAN THAN THEY AGREED TO AS WELL AS OF COURSE DELIVERING EMPTY BOXES AND CONTINUING TO BLAME EVERY INCIDENT ON FED EX BUT CONTINUE TO USE THEIR DELIVERY SERVICE. I WOULD NOT BE SAD WHEN THIS TORE FINALLY GOES OUT OF BUSINESS THEY WOULD DO A LOT OF CUSTOMERS A HAPPY FAVOR WITH THEI UNLAWFUL CROOKED PRACTICES. YOU HAVE A THUMBS DOWN FROM ME BEST BUY AND I HOPE MANY MANY PEOPLE WILL RECONSIDER ORDERING IN STORE OR ONLINE OR SHOPPING AT YOUR ESTABLISHMENT

Item was missing from box when received. Poor customer service when I submitted a claim. Will not order anything online from Best Buy again and will just order from a different store next time. Was left with not Christmas present to give and no money. Know multiple people who had troubles with their online orders as well.

This iPhone 16 is absolutely amazing. The black finish looks premium, the performance is incredibly fast, and the battery life is solid. Beyond the product, I want to highlight the excellent customer support. I had to make a last-minute change to the pickup person, and the support team helped me resolve it quickly and efficiently. Great product and top-tier service!
