The phone is good. But the store itself! They are rude, they do not greet you, all the employees just stand around talking amongst one another, they offer no assistance and when you go up to a representative they give you dirty looks and offer no help or give no information at all. There are NEVER have anything in stock. I would love to work at the store- get paid to stand around and talk. Good job Best Buy

This phone never worked. Verizon reps struggled with the phone for many hours trying to make it work. I could make phone calls but not receive them, and it would not receive verification codes like those sent by banks. Eventually I was forced to return the phone and cancel the account.

Terrible experience of 5 HOURS to trade in two iPhones for the 16 Plus yesterday. I went in the store at 12:45 PM and couldn’t leave until 5:45 PM. They tried to complete the sale for 5 HOURS on the new phones with Verizon and backed out my “pending” orders two times and told me sorry can’t get it done. Then I waited over an hour to get my two old iPhones phones to work again and get my credit card refund back from a GEEK squad tech working through my two receipts. The sales person was sorry but the manager wasn’t sorry. I asked for some in store credit for all the hassle and the store manager Bri asked if $25 was okay as she placed the store credit in front of me and walked away. The best the store could do was call Verizon to reactivate my old XR’s after I sat in their chair for 5 HOURS!! I couldn’t leave because Best Buy had me stuck in a MESS WHERE I OWNED 2 NEW PHONES THAT WERE INACTIVE and my two old iphones were inactive and they couldn’t figure out how to refund my credit card. The manager wanted to give me store credit and not a refund (because that would be easier for them). Heck no! Terrible experience!! Multiple Best Buy, Verizon and Geek Squad tried to fix all of this. I still need two phone and will not go to Best Buy!
