    The women who worked with us was outstanding. She gave us excellent advice and also called around to make sure they had the phone colors my wife and daughter wanted. I will always go to the Newark OH location first from now on.

    Got the phone with no trouble had someone named Bella really help us out and went out of per way to help us with contacting the bank to pay for the phone great customer service and great. Best Buy will come again.

    Brought this for my sister-in-law which she goes overseas frequently. Had to be an unlock vs contract phone being that she can use different phone providers. I brought the same phone for my mother-in-law, so the setup is extremely easy however Iphone 14 and above are esim only (no longer use physical sim cards). Just do your research for esim before you buy it.
