Like the phone, but have literally spend OVER 20 HOURS on the phone with Verizon trying to sort out the trade-in. Verizon is a HORRIBLE option for service on this great phone, their reps will promise to call you back and never do. They'll hang up on you and not call you back. Their network is fine, but a HORRIBLE company to have to deal with. The Pro Max is a great update, but having to spend COUNTLESS HOURS with their worthless reps to get ANYTHING done take away from looking at this beautiful screen. If you haven't had to deal with their customer service, it's honestly hard to comprehend just how horrible of a company they are. I have a case ID number (356d0a) which NOBODY has reached back out to me like promised from over a week ago.
Avoid activating on Verizon at all costs, as they don't deserve to have a single paying customer based on how poory you will be treated, lied to, hung up on and not even called back by supervisors after being promised.

I spent literally 3.5 hours to find out that my new Phone was not set up. The manager came over and said he was sorry, but I would have to go to the VERIZON store to have it set—no offer to help or anything.
