I am only comparing this new iPhone 5c to my previous iPhone 4. The 5c is faster, easier to use, and in general works better on every level. I purchased the 5c expressly because I did not want to mess with the fingerprint mishigass of the 5s. The main reasons I am enjoying this upgrade are: the increased memory capacity (16GB compared to 8GB on my 4), the faster processing speed, and iOS7. All the complaints I've had about iPhones in the past have been addressed in this new operating system. The only drawback I can think of is that on my iPhone 4, I could make a call using the voice activation and it always worked. Siri apparently needs to connect online to a server with inconsistent results, to be generous. Other than that, it's a lovely phone (I got it in green).

My last phone was an iPhone 4, this iPhone is 100 times better. Battery life is awesome, up to two days of use on a single charge. Light and does not feel cheap at all. Very fast and responsive and the LTE coverage is the best I have seen.

Bigger screen then prior versions, better sound, takes better pictures. Beginner friendly if this is your first smartphone. Excellent battery life.

I love my new iPhone. Previously I had the iPhone 4 and this is such as upgrade. I can heard callers more clearly now. The picture quality is awesome. When I go out all of my friends are connected to the wall charging their phones while my battery life lasts the entire day with me playing games, on social media, and talking for hours. It was such a good price as well because Best Buy let me trade in my old phone for the new one.

it really pastel color tone, really light, fits in my pocket. Speed faster then android. If your a big fan of Apple

This phone is great. Both of my teens have this model and they are happy with its features. It is pretty easy to use and is a great size for them.

iPhone is a light weight bright phone . Easy to use and the lightening is bright so in the dark you have no problem using it . It is a stylish phone that everyone likes because of the color I have no problems with the phone my only complaint is the sound it may be clear but even at its highest volume it sounds low . Other than that I would recommend iphone 5c

I was wanting a phone that would take great pictures and would be easy to use. This phone delivers it all. I love facetime and so do my Grandkids when we are in Florida. They love being able to talk abd see us while were away. We send photos of our adventures to the Keys, Everglades, beach, motorcycle rides etc.

I really like my iphone. It is my first Apple product besides the ipad mini I purchased at the same time. The phone is relatively easy to use. I've had Android phones before and loved those, and the Apple iphone is also easy to use. Love the apps and the camera's picture quality is great.

Has all I could ask for in a phone plus! I no longer need to carry a camera or ipod. I even find myself needing my laptop less and less because of all of the great features of my iphone.

Before I purchased a new phone, I did extensive research online. The iphones were highly rated and had all of the features that I wanted, except a microchip to store data. With Best Buy's coupon and a great sale price, I was able to upgrade for free. I am so glad that I got this phone. Calls are clear and none have been dropped. The features are easy to use. With all of the great free apps, I find that I am often using it instead of my computer. It is so much lighter and smaller than an e-reader or ipad that I can and do take it wherever I go.

My first IPhone, and I absolutely love it! Easier to set up, search & navigate than my old HTC android phone. And the battery lasts so much longer, too. I totally recommend this phone.

Got this for my son, upgrade from an android and he loves it. Likes the fact that it came in different colors he gets a signal now. We moved here from Illinois and once we got here his android only worked if he walked around outside! He loves the camera and all the apps that he can get. He's very happy with this phone.

It is and excelent phone and great personal organiser I love the quilality of video and audio, The face time is awesone, what i think that is no so good its the contact list because to make a call you need to go the contact list and find the contac in android you just type the firts letters or number and you can call, the other thin when you read somethin you and you make the text bigger you need to move the screen to continue reading, and in the gps you cant scroll the map while you are driving. Everything else it is just fantastic.

Decided to take the 5c for my Sprint upgrade, as the fingerprint sensor seemed to be the only operational difference between the 5c and the 5s. So far I have been extremely happy with my choice! Salesperson was great about transferring everything from my previous 4, and entire transaction took less than 1/2 hour. The 5c appears to have the quality I expect from Apple and I have had no issues with the phone so far. Very pleased with my purchase and the service that Best Buy provided.

I love the phone, as I upgraded from a 4S with my wife and I am getting calls and keeping calls in places where we couldn't before. The pictures are great just like on the 4S (maybe a bit better). But after you go in and turn off the bluetooth some how it turns itself back on and will drain your battery life. The battery life is already kind of poor but with the blue tooth being on it really drains it . I hope they find a way to fix this problem. Maybe just an IOS update and it could fix the whole thing.

My first iphone and I love it. It has frozen up on me once or twice but I think all phones do that sometimes. It is so easy to navigate and the call quality is noticeably better than my old Galaxy. I love the color. Reception is pretty good, also better than my old Galaxy. Battery life so far so good but I am not a heavy user. On days that I use it a lot it does run the battery pretty quickly.

I Love the Lime Green Color and that it is so easy to operate. I figured out everything was ease. I had excellent help at Best Buy on 290 in Austin, Texas from Natalie. She took care of every detail. I used My Rewards zone Card & Bought the 2 years Geek Squad protection Plan. I have never texted until now. It'sa great way to communicate especially now that I have laryngitis.
