Still haven't found a good app that really makes a difference in the battery life. Sometimes when I use my Pandora app it does not ready the touch of my finger. The calculator is very basic whereas I had a scientific calculator already on my other phone. Other than this I love this phone.

My two previous phones have been the blackberry curve and the HTC evo 3d respectively. My EVO 3D was a slow clunky brick of a phone and I just could not take it anymore I needed something more reliable. I was looking at both the galaxy s4 and the note 3 prior, but I decided to shoot for an iPhone this time around because I own mostly apple products at home. I would have gone with the note 3 after doing some research, but I decided that for how little I use my phone for anything other than texting, calender, and checking weather and fantasy scores, the cheaper more pocket sized 5c would do. Despite my presumptions this phone is very sturdy, even with a plastic back, it has a metal reinforced frame. The retina display is a major improvement from my old phone. iOS isn't nearly as customizable as the Android OS, but for my use I need simple and straight to the point. All the apps I have downloaded are well designed and well supported. I can get this phone to last nearly two days on a single battery charge and it has not slowed down one bit even though I have under 5gb of space freed up to use from the original 32gb. Overall an excellent buy for anyone whose looking to get into the iPhone. If you have been an iPhone user previously I would probably spend the extra money and go for the 5s or wait for the newer model.

This was bought for the kids, who used to have an android phone, so the transition was little learning curve, but luckily they have had an ipod before. Overall they are in love with their 5C and I am glad that we did not get the 5S.

This is my first I-phone as I had previously had droid. I actually had purchased another droid phone, but it did not get reception at my cottage. My wife and daughter both loved their i-phones and my wife suggested I get one. I returned my droid to the other retailer and am happy I did. I thought i-phone users were more snobs than truthful in their bragging of their phone's superiority, but now that I have had my i-phone for a while I believe it is as good in every way and superior in many.

Typical Apple quality with lot's of nice features. Speaker can be tinny at times and battery will run down quickly if you do not close programs fully. When you exit an app it will continue to run in the background in standby mode which continues to draw power, to prevent this you have to specifically close the program down after double tapping the access button. This phone was purchased for my daughter a professional firefighter.

Battery life is ok, I turn down the brightness. I've had issues with not receiving calls and voice mails. Good camera, fast processing speed.

Love this phone. I had the regular 5 switch it the Galaxy S 4, and came back to the iPhone 5c. The size is just right. And because of the plastic I have dropped it multiple times and it has lasted. Do get me wrong get a case it is still breakable. But for the price the quality is great!

I had the iPhone 4S prior to this. There's nothing much new here. I bought it because my contract was up and my 4S's battery was shot. New battery is serving my needs just great and the slightly larger screen is pretty nice too.

With my Galaxy it was super easy to get free music and free ringtone downloads, with iPhone you have to pay for everything, can't just transfer from your MP3 to your phone like you could the Galaxy. But the cell and data reception is MUCH, MUCH better than my Galaxy ever was. The battery lasts a whole lot longer too! Ultimately I absolutely love my iPhone and if I have to pay to have some of the same songs again it's worth it!

Really good phone, good size, got a clear case over the blue phone and looks and feels nice. Phone is slippery without a case. Wish iPhones had swipe texting.

There have been a lot of negative comments about the 5c, but it is a good phone and most iPhone users would be satisfied with the phone if the 5s was not available to measure it against. I have been very happy with the phone and 2 other family members either have or will have a 5c when their contract expires. I only have 1 family member with a 5s and he paid the difference in price as he wanted it for gaming and the 5s A7 chip was better suited for what he wanted, along with the M7 coprocessor.

I bought this for my 16 yr old son the day his # was eligible for an upgrade. So on New Year's Day I trampled through the snow to the Best Buy in Moline IL since I was in IL visiting my parents. I ordered it online and then picked it up at the store. The phone was activated and info transferred to the new phone in a few minutes. The phone is sturdy and the green color he chose actually lends character to his his phone. The battery life is longer than the 4S but it is NOT a charge once a week phone (if those even exist anymore) I bought a Lifeproof Fre case for it and he loves that too.

Great purchase! Was originally looking at the iPhone 5s but it was not available. Decided on the 5c after considering what I really needed in a phone. Didn't need the fingerprint scanner or a faster processor - the 5c processor is plenty fast enough. Any concerns about the build quality (plastic vs aluminum) were cast aside, especially considering I will use a protective case (Otterbox Commuter). Everything about the phone is great. Can't go wrong.

I needed to make the move to a smartphone to check on my small business email. The iPhone 5c was at the right price point and my kids all recommended it. Once everything was setup, I couldn't be happier! Now I stay connected wherever I am. I'm even starting to understand all the swipe ways to navigate. I recommend this for anyone but suggest you get a technology smart person to setup your email if that's not your thing.

My daughter loves her iphone because she can be on all her social media sites anywhere we go. She loves creating videos and pics. Lots of apps for the iphone. My disappointments so to speak were we were told they had the blue 5c in stock by the Sprint company representative who said he called over to the store and guaranteed they had it in the 32. We hurried over before my daughters band concert excited and then when we get over there they said they didn't have it in the blue 32, only white. My daughter desperately wanted it because she wanted to use it at Disney World which we were headed to the next day. She settled for the white. Also, I was told by the Sprint representative that I would only have to pay $50 and agree to another 2yr contract. I get over there and Best Buy said they don't give that kind of deal because they are not Sprint. Sooooo I felt pressured to buy the phone because it was my daughters #1 Christmas present and we were in a hurry and she wanted it for Disney. I ended up paying $200 for the phone and a new 2yr contract. The staff at Best Buy were great but was just really disappointed with the miscommunication between the Sprint Representative and Best Buy employees. The phone in itself seems to be ideal for my daughter and she doesn't seem to have any complaints other than it is very hard to find cases for the 5c. Had I known that, I probably would have gotten a 5s or a 5. My daughter is 13...cases are everything! :)
