Like the unit. Lost my recent contact information in the switchover. Can't figure out why or how far back it got deleted. That's a pain. Cloud?

I love my iPhone 5s. It is slightly bigger than the 4s but is still a good size for my small hands. I like the thumb print lock. Very happy

This is my first iphone, I was previously using a blackberry. I love the ease and convenience of having anything I need at my fingertips: phone, texts, email, local weather, stock market, google. It is so easy to learn how to use the phone and the sales agent at best buy was so knowledgable about phones. It was a good experience overall shopping for this phone.

This phone exceeds my expectations. I can honestly say that many improvements have been made since the 5s. Not a waste of money.

Great, easy to use phone. Apps are easy to get. Love to use FaceTime with family and friends. Takes great pictures. And I love taking my songs everywhere with me!

The I phone 5 is a great phone. The only criticism is that the $80. case by otter box did not allow me to properly use the functions so I had to take it off, leaving my phone vulnerable. I have since purchased another case but the phone itself is so fragile it makes me nervous. So much better than the Samsung galaxy 3 that I had in terms of use

Was debating between the Galaxy S4 and the 5s...after deciding on the 5s I know I made the right choice. Have had no issues with the phone while I know a few of my friends have had problems with their S4. Love apple products!

I started with the iPhone 4 and love the capabilities of this phone. It looks great and performs great as well. I feel I do not have any issues with the iPhone as my friends have plenty on the android phones. I love apple and their innovative ways to succeed and continue to grow in the technological field. I will never change platforms.

this phone replaced my old one after seeing the videos on this one and the way things seem to work together I thought I would try it my daughters keep telling me about the same phone they have so I tried it and I am 100% happy with the phone and the choice to buy it

This phone was purchased to replace android phone that quit working due to mandatory Verizon software update. Unable to use phone for almost two weeks. All features are easy to use and downloading of any apps are straightforward and idiot proof. Very nice camera and video. Call quality excellent. Fingerprint reader needs work.
